It was the first time but definitely not the last time!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice hotel with a very gentle staff. I would recommend to go. Swimming pool is nice and large varieties of sauna for a Hotel.
Restaurant is good as well, pretty good food selection on dinner & breakfast

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent 7 relaxing days there. Hotel, room, Service I can highly recommend. In the Spa you find a Finish Sauna, Infrared Sauna, turkish tependarium and a normal Sauna an indoor and Outdoor pool. Water could have been a bit colder. Food was good. We had a wonderful time felt like Home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel has the most welcoming, kind and helpful staff in the world. All the people here are here to please and help you. The rooms are good size, the spa is in good conditions. We loved the food and the attention from the people at the restaurant. If you are around the area, I guarantee you that you will have a pleasant stay and that you will not regret booking with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing hotel with lovely service and great Italian food. My girlfriend and I have enjoyed a wonderful weekend. One of many highlights was definitely the „wood bathing hiking tour“ through the surrounding forests, the fine italian cuisine and the stunning view from our suite towards the morning sun and moon rise! You should also take a walk around the nearby located lake Molveno ? To sum it it up - great stay at a great place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the moment they greet you at the lobby, to every meal, the service is impeccable. Everyone just seemed to know who we were, and always looking to make our stay a fantastic one. The room was absolutely beautiful, with great finishes throughout and an incredible view.
The food! Highly recommend the 3/4 board option. Every meal was spectacular! Incredible dish after incredible dish for dinner, all with local ingredients and flavors. Breakfast has a great selection. There was always something for the kids, which they also loved! Lunch is supposed to be more like a light snack, (that's why it is 3/4 board) but there was always two hot dishes with something incredible. Also a great selection of bread, meat and cheese.
The pool and spa area are gorgeous, and the pool is always at a wonderful temperature.
We would LOVE to come back, and highly recommend to everyone and anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great spa hotel offering all inclusive stays. They cater to lactose-free and gluten-free diets. Buffets were okay and a la carte menus where very good with an accompanying wine selection. Spa facilities including indoor-outdoor pool, 3 saunas, a steam room and an infrared room are fantastic. A wide range of spa treatments is available and the staff are very friendly. A few times we got lost in translation because we do not speak Italian and not all staff members speak good English but everything worked out in the end. I believe we were the only non-Italian guests…so you know it’s good when it’s popular with the locals ☺️ We enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back but not in peak season when it is busy and quite pricy. Tip: Make sure to check out nearby lake Molveno and take the chair lift up to Cima della Paganella.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed for 3 nights in panorama la petit room, all inclusive plan.
Everything was just great! We really couldn’t ask for better in this price! The Spa was amazing and relaxing, just what we needed. Food was good too! And most importantly, the stuff, including in reception, waiters and bartenders were really helpful and nice! We would love to come back again one day :)
