★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is unbeatable! Property is very well maintained and the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast is served in a nearby cafe since the property is not equipped to serve breakfast. Staff are very friendly.
Shower water pressure however is noticeably low, at least in the floor we were staying. Some of the rooms don't have a view at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the best location in Florence. Step out into the heart of Duomo and all attractions are easily reached on foot. Verg clean rooms, well sanitized. Good size with all amenities. Breakfast next door at Eataly is a must.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you get room 408 at via de Brunelleschi 5, then be aware that you will have to climb steap stairs with your luggage, that there is only a small top window in your room and you rrisk to have no water in your bathroom (lack of pressure). When you complain about it, then the staff can/will not help you when needed, and subsequently they ignore your request for refund of your rent. It is unprofessional and not acceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average hotel, rooms barely look like the photos (we stayed in two different rooms). Beds not very comfortable, one room didn’t really have a window, shower leaked. Hotel was 2/3 star at best but ideal location for site seeing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was average - we were even a bit disappointed about the room, compared to what we expected from the pictures. No windows, except into an air-conditioning shaft. The airconditioning barely worked. Service in the reception was good. The location was unbeatable and very close to the Duomo.

The room was clean and quite basic. The high ceiling was a beautiful fresco style painting - very pretty. The bathroom, built into the room has thin walls and door so a little awkward for a new couple potentially!
There was a dodgy broken floorboard and the mini fridge didn't work at all. The lift is a bit wobbly but does the job. Not ideal if you're claustrophobic!
HOWEVER the location and cost is amazing! It's right in the middle of the bustling city with easy access to all of the main sights and lots of shops, restaurants and bars close by, which is why they don't need to serve breakfast. The staff were friendly too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two nights stay. The room was clean and silent. Frigobar was always empty. TV is not fully synth on available channels, not possible to re-synth. There was no internet connection using the indicated password. Considering the price, I would avoid it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Photos do not reflect the rooms that you will receive. Reception is always in your business. Our room windows faced a dirty courtyard. Our room also had a mosquito infestation. Every morning I had multiple bug bites and was scared to even fall asleep at night. The only redeeming quality was the proximity to the Duomo. Definitely spend your money at the many other nice stays around this area :)
