★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totalmente scorretti e inaffidabili. Qualche settimana fa ho portato il mio computer da loro in assistenza perché non si accendeva più. Dopo 4 giorni ho chiamato io perché nessuno si faceva vivo e uno dei due tecnici mi ha risposto che il computer era andato e che non c' era nulla da fare, sostenendo che aveva un problema con la scheda madre. Mi ha inoltre chiesto 20 euro per la manutenzione. Dopo una settimana esatta,lo porto da un altro tecnico che miracolosamente capisce che il problema era l' alimentatore . Nel frattempo,fidandomi del parere di Mapo Srl,avevo ordinato un computer nuovo che mi è arrivato oggi,assieme a quello vecchio completamente aggiustato. Mi chiedo dove sia la professionalità e l' onestà di queste due persone

Totally incorrect and unreliable. A few weeks ago I took my computer to them for service because it didn't turn on anymore. After 4 days I called because no one showed up and one of the two technicians replied that the computer was gone and that there was nothing to be done, claiming that he had a problem with the motherboard. He also asked me for 20 euros for maintenance. After exactly one week, I take him to another technician who miraculously realizes that the problem was the power supply. In the meantime, trusting the opinion of Mapo Srl, I had ordered a new computer that arrived today, together with the old one completely fixed. I wonder where the professionalism and honesty of these two people is
