★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi. Non puoi MAI avere la possibilità di conferire telefonicamente con un tecnico, nonostante vi siano stati antecedenti interventi sul tuo pc pagati profumatamente.
La loro disponibilità è soltanto e unicamente per un intervento a pagamento, quindi un cliente che ha necessità di un' informazione urgente al volo non ha nessuna possibilità, deve pagare anche l'urgenza semmai per una problematica che potrebbe essere risolta in 3 minuti. Non si trattano in questo modo i clienti. Caso unico dopo moltissimi anni di professione. Sconsigliatissimi.

Conoscevo Compuer Wizard solo a livello di assistenza perciò entrai per chiedere un preventivo.
La professionalità e la cordialità di tutto lo Staff mi hanno accompagnato nel valutare al meglio la macchina che avrebbe fatto al caso mio.
Oltra al computer acquistai un nuovo monitor, un sistema casse audio, una web cam, tastiera e mouse wireless.
Ora mi ritrovo con una postazione al top per le mie esigenze.
E i prezzi?
Per me i buoni consigli sono impagabili quindi ho speso bene il mio danaro.
P.s sul Computer mi hanno fatto una buona offerta.
In October I decided to buy a new PC and after considering the various sales channels I opted for the classic store.
I only knew Compuer Wizard at the service level so I went in to ask for a quote.
The professionalism and friendliness of all the staff accompanied me in evaluating the best car that would have been right for me.
Besides the computer, I bought a new monitor, an audio speaker system, a web cam, a wireless keyboard and mouse.
Now I find myself with a top position for my needs.
And the prices?
For me, good advice is priceless so I spent my money well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo due anni che avevo il mio ACER si è corrotto il sistema operativo, a Computer Wizard mi hanno assistito con professionalità e prontezza, rimettendomi in sesto il computer in due giorni lavorativi. Inoltre tramite un coupon offerta ho pagato pochissimo per il servizio. Sono contenta di aver trovato un azieda su cui posso contare per le mie riparazioni IT.
After two years that I had my ACER the operating system got corrupted, at Computer Wizard they assisted me with professionalism and promptness, getting my computer back on track in two working days. Also through a coupon offer I paid very little for the service. I'm glad I've found a company I can rely on for my IT repairs.

La lavorazione in urgenza ha rispettato i tempi comunicati (due giorni lavorativi), cosa non sempre scontata. Grande disponibilità anche nel post riparazione. Molto soddisfatta!
Professional and competent. Extreme clarity in explaining methods of intervention, diagnosis results and consequent resolutive actions. The processing in urgency respected the times communicated (two working days), which is not always obvious. Great availability even in the post repair. Very satisfied!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato da loro un computer portatile che non dava più segni di vita: all'avvio compariva la schermata blu critical process died e non c'era più alcun modo di avviare windows 10. In pochi giorni mi è stato restituito il computer come nuovo, perfettamente funzionante, con installata una nuova unità SSD con tutti i file personali recuperati dal vecchio hard disk. Ritirato il portatile un mese fa, non mi ha dato più nessun problema. Ritengo sia stato svolto un buon lavoro.
I brought to them a laptop that was no longer showing signs of life: the critical process died blue screen appeared at startup and there was no longer any way to start windows 10. In a few days the computer was returned to me as new, fully functional, with a new SSD installed with all personal files recovered from the old hard drive. Withdrawn the laptop a month ago, it didn't give me any more problems. I think a good job has been done.
