The computer was repaired, but there was little transparency and professionalism on the price. A price was reported which, once I went to collect the computer, turned out to be higher, and not a little.

Very reliable and fast. I took the PC for service and in a few days they fixed it. (Although it was August they were very helpful) Perfectly working! I will definitely come back if I have any other problems!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo servizio, ho portato il mio pc qualche giorno fa perché si spegneva improvvisamente e non solo hanno risolto il problema in un paio di giorni (che ad agosto non è per nulla scontato) ma mi hanno anche spiegato nel dettaglio a cosa era dovuto il problema. Soddisfatto e sono stato contento di pagare un prezzo onesto. Ci tornerò sicuramente.
Great service, I brought my pc a few days ago because it suddenly shut down and not only did they solve the problem in a couple of days (which in August is not at all obvious) but they also explained me in detail what the problem was due to . Satisfied and happy to pay a fair price. I will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato il mio computer spiegando il problema in modo dettagliato e mi hanno chiesto di lasciare il pc che il tecnico non era al momento disponibile. Il pomeriggio il tecnico mi ha chiamato ripetendo le stesse cose che ho detto io alla commessa il mattino e trovando come unica soluzione un difetto nella scheda madre. Ho quindi speso 25 euro per non ottenere nulla. Nei giorni seguenti ho provato in un altro negozio dove con il prezzo di 15 euro mi hanno risolto il problema che era relativo ai driver e non all'hardware del computer.
I brought my computer explaining the problem in detail and they asked me to leave the pc that the technician was not available at the moment. In the afternoon the technician called me repeating the same things I said to the saleswoman in the morning and finding a defect in the motherboard as the only solution. So I spent 25 euros to get nothing. In the following days I tried in another shop where with the price of 15 euros they solved the problem that was related to the drivers and not to the computer hardware.
