I bought a 7th generation iPad 10.2 on 12/18/2021. An ultra competent and helpful shop assistant, thanks to his kindness I left the shop happier than ever and super satisfied with my much desired purchase.

Sono dovuta rimanere nel loro negozio tutto il giorno per un problema al telefono e non hanno mai smesso di essere super accoglienti e cordiali, disponibili per ogni esigenza o necessità. Non sono solita fare recensioni, ma dopo aver visto quanta attenzione e cura mettono nel loro lavoro non posso proprio fare a meno di consigliare questo punto di assistenza apple!
Datatrade guys were super professional and nice! I had to stay in their shop all day for a problem on the phone and they never stopped being super welcoming and friendly, available for any need or requirement. I don't usually do reviews, but after seeing how much attention and care they put into their work I just can't help but recommend this apple service point!

Mi hanno assistito nel cambio di iPhone e nella migrazione dei dati, che è stata abbastanza complessa, con grande disponibilità. Nel tempo passato in negozio ho potuto vedere una grande competenza nel rispondere alle varie esigenze delle persone che entravano, sempre con molta gentilezza e disponibilità. Sono andata da Datatrade su consiglio di un’amica e sono certa che diventerà il mio punto di riferimento. Ampia offerta, prezzi ottimi e servizio eccell. Un enorme grazie a tutto lo staff!
I could not have found better: Competence, professionalism, kindness, assistance and patience that deserve more than 5 stars! They assisted me in changing the iPhone and migrating the data, which was quite complex, with great availability. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata ieri X due grossi problemi su pc e iPhone e in poco tempo hanno individuato il problema è risolto con una cortesia pazzesca e rara da trovare di questi tempi! Ho visto stando lì ad aspettare che sono di una gentilezza e competenza che vanno oltre il loro lavoro! Ti consigliano ma soprattutto ti aiutano a capire se si può o meno fare il lavoro quindi nn fanno i furbi e ti dicono che si può quando nn è possibile solo X farsi pagare X nulla! In passato ho avuto altre esperienze di dover sistemare qualcosa di cellulare ma nn mi sono mai trovata così bene! Davvero un grazie x esserci E un grazie a Ale e Fabio davvero spettacolari!
I was yesterday X two big problems on PC and iPhone and in a short time they identified the problem and solved it with a crazy courtesy and rare to find these days! I saw standing there waiting that they are of a kindness and competence that goes beyond their job! They advise you but above all they help you to understand if you can do the job or not so they don't be smart and tell you that you can when it is not possible only X get paid X nothing!
