M	Mattia Casadei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ molto scortesi, ho chiamato per informazioni sulla riparazione del mio cellulare e dopo avermi comunicato un prezzo abbastanza alto, la signora al telefono ha valutato che io non fossi interessato, senza chiedere a me e senza proporre un'opzione alternativa. a quel punto ha riattaccato dopo neanche 30 secondi di chiamata. very rude, I called for information on repairing my mobile and after telling me a fairly high price, the lady on the phone assessed that I was not interested, without asking me and without proposing an alternative option. at that point he hung up after less than 30 seconds of calling.

Con grande pazienza sono riusciti a farlo riaccendere per il tempo necessario a travasare tutti i dati su un altro telefono. Dopo quasi una mattinata di lavoro solo sul mio telefono la gentilissima commessa "Stella" ha salvato la mia rubrica che uso per lavoro ed anni di fotografie. Grazie a questo staff cortese, educato e competente. I brought my Samsung completely "dead" and rejected by other repair shops. La cosa era evidentemente passta inosservata, del resto si può sbagliare. Io stesso me ne sono accorto due ore dopo il ritiro. Ho riportato il telefono e la cassa è stata sostituita senza che mi fosse addebitato alcun importo. Teniamo presente che la mia parola valeva quanto la loro. Io stesso nella vita mi occupo di servizi (informatici) e so cosa significa curare il cliente. Si sono comportati con estrema serietà, in maniera professionale e onestamente. The thing had obviously gone unnoticed, after all you can be wrong. I myself noticed it two hours after the retreat. I returned the phone and the case was replaced without being charged. Keep in mind that my word was as good as theirs. I myself deal with (IT) services in my life and I know what it means to take care of the customer. They behaved extremely seriously, professionally and honestly. I will not fail to speak positively. Thank you.

Ma mi hanno anche rubato i ram e dei pezzi interni... Non. Consiglio questo negozio. Esperienza pessima e ladri. Mo dispiace molto perché pensavo fossero brave persone...
