★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io non sono un cliente facile e Simone lo sa bene ormai (dopo il mesetto in cui ci siamo scambiati continuamente mail). Ho richiesto un PC da gaming assemblato da loro di fascia alta e ciò che hanno creato è spettacolo!Il PC regge tutti i giochi ad ultra a una velocità mostruosa. Hanno risolto i miei problemi relativi allo spazio e anche alla ventola da me scelta che risultava più grande. Ragazzi professionali senza ombra di dubbio che sanno ascoltare i clienti che non ne sanno molto di PC (il massimo che so fare è accendere il PC e giocare). Per quanto riguarda il prezzo del PC è tra i migliori trovati da me sulla piazza. P.s sul mio PC assemblato c'è anche il marchio del loro negozio (una chicca che mi è tanto piaciuta).
I am not an easy customer and Simone knows it well by now (after the month or so in which we constantly exchanged emails). I requested a high-end self-made gaming PC and what they created is show! The PC holds up all games at ultra at a monstrous speed. They solved my problems related to space and also to the fan of my choice which was the largest. Professional guys without a shadow of a doubt who know how to listen to customers who don't know much about PCs (the best I can do is turn on the PC and play). As for the price of the PC it is among the best found by me on the square. P.s on my assembled PC there is also the brand of their shop (a gem that I liked so much).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo mi dispiace modificare la mia recensione fatta precedentemente da 5 stelle. Non voglio togliere nulla al reparto vendita che è stato molto professionale.
Il reparto assemblaggio/laboratorio è stato però un vero disastro. Il pc inizialmente andava ma crashava durante l'utilizzo dei giochi. Pensando che fosse un problema di aggiornamenti ho aggiornato il pc fino alle ultime versioni. Ma nulla.
Portato in assistenza hanno tenuto il pc per settimane senza darmi notizie (non considero il periodo dovuto al isolamento). Una volta restituitomi il pc, dicendo che non aveva problemi. Mi si ripresenta lo stesso identico problema, e ho pagato un'ora di assistenza.
Sconsiglio quindi vivamente l'acquisto di pc assemblati/gaming e l'assistenza.
Unfortunately I am sorry to modify my 5-star review. I don't want to take anything away from the sales department which was very professional.
However, the assembly / laboratory department was a real disaster. The PC initially went but crashed while using the games. Thinking that it was a problem of updates I updated the PC to the latest versions. But nothing.
Brought in assistance they kept the pc for weeks without giving me news (I do not consider the period due to isolation). Once I returned the PC, saying it had no problems. The exact same problem occurs again, and I paid an hour's assistance.
I therefore strongly advise against the purchase of assembled PCs / gaming and assistance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza peggiore Non potevo averla. porto il computer Dopo avergli spiegato il problema che mostrava e loro mi dicono che avrebbero controllato per poi chiamarmi Cosa mai avvenuta dopo la prima settimana ho richiamato io e ancora non avevano finito Se mi aspettate un'altra settimana nonostante li avessi detto della freccia che aveva in quanto sono in Smart Working loro non mi hanno più richiamato Sono dovuto andare io personalmente non hanno risolto assolutamente il problema anzi e mi hanno chiesto €42,50 semplicemente per ridarmi il computer come glielo avevo dato dopo due settimane di nullafacenza scandalosi
