Ho portato il mio pc qualche giorno fa da loro perché l'alimentatore si è rotto. Una volta arrivata lì, hanno cambiato alimentatore e provato ad accenderlo. Nonostante le spie fossero accese lo schermo restava buio. A quel punto ho chiesto di provare a staccare la batteria perchè molto probabilmente poteva essere quello il problema ma l'operatore sosteneva che non era quello il motivo. Gli ho permesso allora di verificare se ci fossero altri problemi oltre l'alimentatore. Oggi sono andata a ritirare il pc e cosa mi dicono? Che il pc non si accendeva perché era inserita una batteria non funzionante.
Per il NON LAVORO e una batteria NON ORIGINALE TOSHIBA (su internet costa 8,70 euro) ho pagato 50 euro!
Sono falsi e incompetenti.
Ah sulla ricevuta c'era scritto che il NON LAVORO è stato effettuato il giorno stesso in cui ho portato il pc da loro, ovvero il 2/05 mentre al telefono mi hanno detto stamattina 4/05 (dopo aver chiamato io) che il lavoro era stato completato poco prima. Fanno ridere.
Evitate di andarci.

I brought my pc to them a few days ago because the power supply broke. Once they got there, they changed the power supply and tried to turn it on. Although the lights were on, the screen remained dark. At that point I asked to try to disconnect the battery because that was probably the problem but the operator claimed that this was not the reason. I then allowed him to check if there were other problems besides the power supply. Today I went to pick up the PC and what do they tell me? That the PC did not turn on because a non-functioning battery was inserted.
For the NON WORK and a NON ORIGINAL TOSHIBA battery (on the internet it costs 8.70 euros) I paid 50 euros!
They are false and incompetent.
Ah on the receipt it was written that the NON WORK was carried out on the same day I brought the PC to them, or on 2/05 while on the phone they told me this morning 4/05 (after calling me) that the job it had been completed just before. They're funny.
Avoid going there.

Excellent experience. Dr. Sax was recommended to me by my computer technicians at the University, where I work, for a previous problem on a personal computer. In one day I had a precise diagnosis, a proposal and in 4/5 days I got the repaired notebook back. Courtesy, listening skills throughout the supply chain, competence, ability. Costs: normal.
I had a new problem and returned.
At a time when similar sites are increasingly rare, welcome back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi ha riparato la stampante, che aveva un foglio incastrato nel fusore, che mai sarei riuscito a togliere da solo. Siccome è successo per colpa mia, ho pagato 97 € ed ora funziona come nuova. Inoltre ha pulito dentro e fatto una revisione. Mi ha consigliato di non usare più fogli adesivi per etichette CD, le stampanti laser sono molto delicate. Persona gentile e rispettosa del Covid19. ??

He also cleaned in and overhauled. He advised me not to use adhesive sheets for CD labels anymore, laser printers are very delicate. Kind person and respectful of Covid19. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto un problema con la mia stampante laser hp. Da un primo esame hanno visto dove era il guasto e me lo hanno indicato. Ho trovato persone gentili e professionali. Si sono anche premurati di dirmi dove era meglio parcheggiare la macchina nelle immediate vicinanze. Consigliabili.
I had a problem with my hp laser printer. From a first examination they saw where the fault was and pointed it out to me. I found nice and professional people. They also took care to tell me where it was best to park the car in the immediate vicinity. Advisable.
