★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scarsa professionalità! Mi garantiscono per telefono che la mia auto sarà pronta in serata e mi indicano il preventivo. Comunico che non potendo essere in officina entro l'orario di chiusura, avrei ritirato l'auto la mattina seguente, all'apertura. Arrivo e...sorpresa! L'auto non è pronta, perché un pezzo di ricambio è arrivato in tarda serata anziché nel pomeriggio. Ma a cosa diavolo serve richiedere il numero di cellulare se poi non lo si usa per comunicare una ritardata consegna? Risultato: 30 minuti di attesa, lezione di personal persa, figuraccia con il mio cliente e 60 € svaniti . E tutto questo non è valso nemmeno uno sconto! Mai più!
 Poor professionalism! They guarantee me by phone that my car will be ready in the evening and they show me the quote. I communicate that since I could not be in the workshop by closing time, I would have picked up the car the following morning, at the opening. Arrival and ... surprise! The car is not ready, because a spare part arrived late in the evening instead of in the afternoon. But what the hell is the use of requesting a mobile number if it is not used to communicate a delayed delivery? Result: 30 minutes of waiting, personal lesson missed, fool with my client and 60 € gone. And all this was not even worth a discount! Never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo uno strano odore di gas in auto mi hanno risolto il problema in meno di 2 ore era una perdita.
Prima di loro ho portato l'auto in un'altra officina dopo mi avevo detto di cambiare gli iniettori.
I had a strange smell of gas in the car they solved the problem in less than 2 hours it was a leak.
Before them I took the car to another workshop after I told myself to change the injectors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In passato avevo avuto problemi con l'alimentazione del GPL , tutto risolto velocemente. Ora da loro ho sostituito il serbatoio del GPL , dopo 10 anni come prescritto dalla legge. Professionali, veloci ed onesti. Grazie a Marco, Giuseppe, Stefano e Simone.
In the past I had had problems with the LPG supply, all fixed quickly. Now I have replaced the LPG tank from them, after 10 years as required by law. Professional, fast and honest. Thanks to Marco, Giuseppe, Stefano and Simone.
