Dopo aver preso tutti i dati necessari mi hanno ricontatto dopo un paio di giorni per fissare un appuntamento a me comodo per la sostituzione. Quando sono arrivato all'appuntamento non sono nemmeno sceso dall'auto che già mi aspettavano col treno di gomme pronto ed il ponte libero e nel giro di 30 minuti avevano già fatto tutto. Davvero eccellente servizio. Poi devo dire che se passi al volo son sempre disponibili a darti un consiglio e con loro mi son sempre trovato benissimo. Bravi! After having taken all the necessary data, they contacted me after a couple of days to make an appointment convenient for me for the replacement. When I arrived at the appointment I did not even get out of the car that was already waiting for me with the set of tires ready and the deck clear and within 30 minutes they had already done everything. Really excellent service. Then I must say that if you pass quickly they are always available to give you advice and I have always had a great time with them. Well done!

Mi ci sono recato, nuovamente, una decina di giorni addietro, per un problema ad una gomma, nella quale si era conficcato un piccolo pezzo di metallo; guasto fortunatamente riparabile senza dover sostituire lo pneumatico. Riparazione eseguita in venti minuti, senza prenotazione, per la modesta (almeno a me pare così) cifra di 16 euro, compresa la bilanciatura. In sintesi, direi cortesia, correttezza e professionalità. In ordine alla correttezza, vorrei aggiungere un piccolo aneddoto: l'anno scorso, approssimandosi la data della revisione del veicolo, mi sono recato da loro per fare sostituire tutte e quattro le gomme, a mio avviso assai vetuste. Esaminate le gomme, mi venne riferito che, effettivamente, le due anteriori erano da sostituire, ma che quelle posteriori potevano andare ancora bene e che comunque avrebbero passato passato la revisione, come poi avvenne. Dunque, in quella specifica circostanza, mi hanno fatto risparmiare la metà della somma che avevo preventivato. E' ovvio che se, meno correttamente, mi avessero prospettato la necessità di sostituirle tutte, l'avrei ovviamente fatto, dato che io di pneumatici ne capisco tanto quanto di chirurgia cerebrale...? Repair carried out in twenty minutes, without reservation, for the modest (at least it seems so) figure of 16 euros, including balancing. In summary, I would say courtesy, fairness and professionalism. In terms of correctness, I would like to add a small anecdote: last year, as the vehicle inspection date was approaching, I went to them to have all four tires replaced, which in my opinion are very old. After examining the tires, I was told that, indeed, the two front ones had to be replaced, but that the rear ones could still be fine and that in any case they would have passed the inspection, as they did later. So, in that specific circumstance, they made me save half of the sum I had budgeted for. It is obvious that if, less correctly, they had suggested to me the need to replace them all, I would obviously have done so, since I understand as much about tires as about brain surgery ... ?

Danilo mi ha consigliato di provare per un po' di km la macchina e se ci sono problemi e tende ad andare ancora a sinistra di tornare da loro senza problemi.. adesso provo la macchina , poi al massimo ritorno. Disponibili e gentili. Consigliato. Fast and accurate service. Made convergence and front wheel alignment. Very fair price. Danilo advised me to try the car for a few km and if there are problems and it tends to go left again to go back to them without problems .. now I try the car, then at the maximum return.
