Hanno rilevato un taglio su un collettore , 80 euro per La diagnosi e 150 di preventivo per la sostituzione . Dovendo partire il giorno dopo ho pensato di farlo al ritorno . Da quel giorno il problema da saltuario a fisso e quindi viaggiato sotto potenza . Fatta visionare la macchina in un concessionario in Toscana , molto gentili e rapidi . Analisi e parte cambiata per 110 euro . Da quello momento il problema è tornato ad essere saltuario come prima della visita alla concessionaria varco . Come dire , evitare ! Giorgio D. mi ha mostrato il parco veicoli disponibile e mi ha fatto visionare e provare su strada il mezzo che mi sembrava essere più confacente alle mie esigenze. Una rapida trattativa sul prezzo mi ha dimostrato l'intenzione di "venirsi reciprocamente incontro" ed abbiamo così finalizzato il contratto di vendita. Al ritiro il mezzo mi è stato consegnato tagliandato e pulito. A distanza di tempo mi ritengo pienamente soddisfatto dell'acquisto fatto, nonostante il veicolo avesse alle spalle poco meno di 150.000km funziona ancora oggi egregiamente. Ringrazio nuovamente il Sig. Giorgio per avere gestito con professionalità e cordialità la mia pratica e tutto lo staff dell'officina per avermi messo a disposizione un mezzo efficiente. Più spesso mi capita di utilizzare le recensioni per segnalare pubblicamente aspetti critici o negativi, ma mi sembra altrettanto corretto evidenziare, quando ce n'è la possibilità, che ci sono operatori -ma soprattutto persone- che operano correttamente e professionalmente. La mia esperienza con Varco è stata quindi pienamente soddisfacente I visited this dealership less than 2 years ago looking for a used Ford Transit Custom. Mr. Giorgio D. showed me the available vehicle fleet and made me view and test on the road the vehicle that seemed to me to be more suited to my needs. A quick negotiation on the price showed me the intention to "meet each other" and thus we finalized the sales contract. Upon collection, the vehicle was delivered to me clean and serviced. After some time I am fully satisfied with the purchase made, despite the vehicle having just under 150,000km behind it, it still works very well today. I thank Mr. Giorgio again for having managed my file with professionalism and cordiality and all the workshop staff for providing me with an efficient vehicle. More often I use reviews to publicly report critical or negative aspects, but it seems to me equally correct to point out, when there is the possibility, that there are operators - but above all people - who operate correctly and professionally. My experience with Varco was therefore fully satisfactory

Ho chiamato per chiedere un info e mi hanno risposto in maniera super scortese, dicendo di chiamare ad un'altra loro sede senza nemmeno darmi il numero, chiudendomi poi la chiamata in faccia senza nemmeno darmi la possibilità di rispondere. Attenzione al cliente meno di 0. Sconsigliatissimo!!!! Really rude and incompetent staff. I called to ask for an info and they replied in a super rude way, saying to call another office without even giving me the number, then closing the call in my face without even giving me the opportunity to answer. Dopo qualche tentativo sono riuscito a parlare con l'assistenza e concordare un appuntamento dopo circa una settimana. Ricontattato per procedere alla riparazione, eseguita nella giornata. Accettatore gentile e professionale. Due to the failure of the LPG system, I contacted assistance by telephone. Non mi hanno nemmeno fatta accomodare dicendo che per avere una Ford fiesta dovevo aspettare 5 mesi non c'erano incentivi statali e nessuno glielo aveva chiesto sinceramente guarderò altrove mai più Hello I bought my Ford years ago they treated me very well so I decided to come back this morning for a quote .... unfortunately times change and so do the shop assistants! They didn't even accommodate me saying that to have a Ford fiesta I had to wait 5 months there were no government incentives and no one had asked them sincerely I will look elsewhere never again

Il venditore mi accoglie con tanto di mascherina , mi presenta la vettura ma in tutto questo senza degnarsi di guardrmi in faccia . Mi fa accomodare alla scrivania x il preventivo , signori miei le sedie sono sporche sporche altro che . Odore di scarico di gas che entra dalla stanza di fianco che x cortesia ho dovuto chiedere se era possibile chiuderla . Morale della favola lo sguardo del vendita resta in basso x tutto il preventivo . In poche parole di buono in questo posto non ho trovato nulla .
