Durante l'intervento (abbastanza banale) sono state spezzate due viti di fissaggio di un cerchio, mi è stato detto che la rottura è stata originata da chi mi ha montato i precedenti pneumatici, "perché hanno avvitato i dadi storti" (peraltro senza rovinare il filetto). Ho chiesto maggiori ragguagli non capendo questa affermazione, ma purtroppo non ho ricevuto spiegazioni. Dopo aver esternato i miei dubbi mi è stata proposta la sostituzione delle viti. A distanza di un mese, dopo diversi solleciti e infiniti temporeggiamenti, delle viti non c'è ancora l'ombra. Definitely not recommended. I went for the replacement of two tires. Mi spiace dove segnalare l'assenza di professionalità nel trattamento dei cerchi. Nonostante fosse il loro lavoro sono stati in grado di danneggiare i miei cerchi diamantati. Ciò mi fa pensare che o non conoscano il valore di questi cerchi oppure non gli interessi minimamente dei loro clienti. Mi hanno offerto uno "sconto" per il danno dopo essersi inventati dei costi ulteriori per i lavori svolti. Inoltre assenza totale delle precauzioni dovute alla situazione covid. Nessun dispositivo di sicurezza quale mascherine o igienizzante mani. Sicuramente non tornerò e vi consiglio di non andarci se avete a cuore i vostri cerchi.
