Accoglienza freddissima, auto montata sul ponte e lasciata lì per 40 minuti mentre aspettavo. Sottolineo che l'officina era deserta, nessun cliente in coda. Solo dopo le mie rimostranze ed aver espresso l'intenzione di andarmene senza aver fatto il lavoro, provvedono e mi fanno pagare come se avessi fatto un cambio invernale-estivo con smontaggio, rimontaggio ed equilibratura. Nemmeno una parola di scusa, e un buongiorno a denti stretti. Da cancellare per sempre. Never again. Prezzi super pompati, come tanti: ore di mano d’opera moltiplicare rispetto al necessario. Si vede non è il proprietario dell’officina, ma un dipendente e non ha interesse a trattare i clienti oggi come futuri clienti domani. È stato un piacere ? Rude workshop manager.
