★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I placed an order for double cheese chicken burger, they by mistakenly added one cheese instead of two. I got know after taking a quarter bite of the burger, then I immediately requested the staff and told my cheese burger has only one cheese after showing my order receipt, they apologized and told they will bring it right back with extra cheese in no time, within 1 minute, I got my burger and was satisfied. They again apologized for the mistake they made, I forgave them.
They are bit slow in service, but otherwise the product quality is remarkable. It's worth the wait for a king to be served with quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff. Burger is not delicious. I think the biggest problem here is people. It looks like they are not civilized enough to visit a food court/restaurant. They dont know how to behave in public. But BK has nothing to do with this.
