Personalmente avevo acquistato un nuovo KTM dall'altra parte di Milano ma la grande scortesia, la poca (pochissima) accuratezza adottata nella preparazione del mezzo nuovo e la grande disorganizzazione mi hanno fatto trovare (ne sono lieto) un sicuro punto di riferimento. Nonostante un piccolo e veniale errore durante la consegna di un ricambio, si sono dimostrati SUPER disponibili e mi hanno addirittura atteso qualche minuto dopo la chiusura solo per consegnarmelo. Che dire, sono motociclista da quasi quarant'anni e riconosco ormai a pelle un posto dove le moto le amano e non le aggiustano solo. Bravi A presto P.s. il venditore Alberto è un vero gigante, un serio professionista, empatico e totalmente trasparente...meno male che anche lui è entrato da poco a far parte della famiglia Giglioli, cavallo di razza per una scuderia di prim'ordine Staff very kind, courteous, helpful. Personally I had bought a new KTM on the other side of Milan but the great rudeness, the little (very little) accuracy adopted in the preparation of the new vehicle and the great disorganization made me find (I'm happy) a sure point of reference. Despite a small and venial mistake during the delivery of a spare part, they proved to be SUPER helpful and even waited for me a few minutes after closing just to deliver it to me. What can I say, I've been a motorcyclist for almost forty years and by now I recognize a place where motorcycles love them and don't just fix them. Faceva fatica a parlare. Ad una mia domanda sulla moto chiedendo a 10 metri di distanza mi rispondeva a fatica liquidandomi, come se gli davo fastidio. Però quando è entrato un suo amico si è alzato di botto in piedi ed è rimasto a parlare. A quel punto sono uscito e mi sono recato all'altra sede di KTM in via Lario, dov'è il ragazzo mi ha seguito per tutto il tempo soddisfando ogni mia richiesta ed esigenza, sembrava di parlare con chi conoscevo da anni ed eravamo grandi amici. Mi ha illustrato tutto e di più. Favoloso e professionale. Mi è stato dietro per una bella mezz'ora. Alla fine. Moto comprata con un bellissimo sconto e mi ha anche regalato un casco e guanti. Morale: non tutti i mali vengono per nuocere. Moto pagata molto di meno e con regali KTM originali. He showed me everything and more. Fabulous and professional. He was after me for a good half hour. At the end. Motorcycle bought at a great discount and he even gave me a helmet and gloves. Moral: not all evils come to harm. Motorcycle paid much less and with original KTM gifts.
