s	se non mi è piaciuto te lo dico on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio L'addetto arriva con 30 minuti di ritardo e invece di scusarsi con la decina di clienti in attesa si giustifica raccontandoci che era andato a consegnare una vettura in hotel e che quindi di fatto lui non era in ritardo ma che stava lavorando già da più di un ora Pensavo che prenotare una vettura - peraltro perfetta - scegliendo un'azienda che opera a livello nazionale fosse sinonimo di efficienza e cortesia ma evidentemente mi sbagliavo A oggi sto ancora aspettando la fattura che al momento del check out non mi è stata consegnata causa sistema informatico difettoso Ultima curiosità il fatto che manco fossimo in aeroporto allo stesso bancone e con lo stesso addetto è possibile noleggiare mezzi di altra azienda Concludo precisando che alle mie lamentele scritte sul loro sito non ho ricevuto nessun riscontro Prenotazione 10772696IT4 per il 21 06 2019 Bad service The attendant arrives 30 minutes late and instead of apologizing to the ten or so waiting customers he justifies himself by telling us that he had gone to deliver a car to the hotel and that therefore he was not late but that he was already working for more than an hour I thought that booking a car - however perfect - choosing a company that operates nationwide were synonymous with efficiency and courtesy, but obviously I was wrong To this day I am still waiting for the invoice which at the time of check out was not delivered due to a faulty computer system Last curiosity that we were not even at the airport at the same desk and the same clerk can be rented to other company media I conclude by stating that I have received no reply to my complaints written on their website Booking 10772696IT4 for 21 06 2019

Tutte le volte ho trovato lo stesso operatore che definirlo inadeguato, maleducato, indisponente, irriverente è dire poco. Non mi capacito come una persona così possa avere a che fare con il pubblico, ovvero qualche idea mi viene in mente... I have booked a car here a few times as I work at the military side airport. Every time I have found the same operator that calling him inadequate, rude, irritating, irreverent is an understatement. I can't understand how such a person can have anything to do with the public, or some ideas come to mind ...

Era la prima volta che noleggiavo un'auto, non sapevo fosse necessaria la carta di credito. Mancando la carta di credito, l'addetto ci ha fatto sottoscrivere un'assicurazione che fra tasse e voci varie, alla fine ci ha fatto spendere per 6 giorni di noleggio (conteggiati come 7,perché non potevamo riconsegnare la macchina entro le 10 di mattina) la bella cifra di 890 EURO. Più del doppio di quanto pensavo di spendere dal sito. Non incolpo la ditta per questo, anche se il prezzo era veramente esagerato (pago 290 euro all'anno per assicurare la mia macchina a Roma...) Ma il problema è che l'addetto ha trattato me e mia moglie con un'arroganza e una maleducazione che non mi aspettavo dalla famosa ospitalità siciliana. Il ricordo di questo spiacevole incontro ha lasciato me e mia moglie, in viaggio di nozze, con l'amaro in bocca per alcuni giorni seguenti. Non do una stella perché comunque ci è stata data un'auto di classe subito superiore a quella richiesta, perché non ne avevano altre disponibili. Mai più con Maggiore I asked for a basic car for 6 days (paid as per the price list 410 euros online at the time of booking). It was my first time renting a car, I didn't know a credit card was needed. Lacking the credit card, the clerk made us take out an insurance that between taxes and various items, in the end made us spend for 6 days of rental (counted as 7, because we could not return the car by 10 in the morning ) the hefty sum of 890 EURO. More than double what I expected to spend from the site. I don't blame the company for this, even if the price was really exaggerated (I pay 290 euros a year to insure my car in Rome ...) But the problem is that the attendant treated my wife and me with arrogance and a rudeness that I did not expect from the famous Sicilian hospitality. The memory of this unpleasant encounter left me and my wife on their honeymoon with a bad taste in their mouths for a few days afterwards. I do not give a star because in any case we were given a car of a class immediately higher than that requested, because they did not have any other available. Never again with Maggiore
