★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio. Macchina prenotata e al presentarsi in sede non c'era nessuno. Offrono via telefono una macchina disponibile tre ore dopo (quando oramai non ha più senso il noleggio) a un prezzo più alto. Da evitare assolutamente, inaffidabili.
 Bad service. Car booked and no one was there when he showed up. They offer by phone a car available three hours later (when renting no longer makes sense) at a higher price. To be avoided absolutely, unreliable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben zwei Fahrräder ausgeliehen, beide angerostet. Sind 20 Minuten gefahren und eins der Bikes ist kaputt gegangen. Wut entbrannt kam ein Mitarbeiter mit einem Auto und sagte, es wäre unsere Schuld gewesen, was definitiv nicht stimmte. Wir mussten den Schaden bezahlen. Das Verhalten war absolut unverschämt. Später begründeten sie ihr unhöfliches Verhalten damit, dass ich per Nachricht und am Ende des Dialoges geschrieben hätte "pls hurry up, thanks"...
We borrowed two bikes, both of which are rusty. Rode for 20 minutes and one of the bikes broke. In a rage, an employee came with a car and said it was our fault, which was definitely not true.
