Abbiamo noleggiato un' automobile per cinque giorni, con la richiesta di consegna direttamente in aeroporto e riconsegna invece a Trapani centro. Siamo atterrati a Trapani abbastanza in anticipo e il signor Francesco, di una disponibilità unica, si è prodigato per portarci l' auto il prima possibile. L' auto è arrivata perfettamente pulita, sanificata e nuovissima. Il prezzo conconcordato in precedenza per via telefonica è rimasto tale e abbiamo potuto pagare tutto subito col pos portatile, una volta consegnata. Il servizio è stato ineccepibile. La professionalità, la gentilezza e l' onestà del signor Francesco ci hanno dato la conferma della persona meravigliosa che è. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, il prezzo ottimo con tanto di Kasko inclusa. La riconsegna è stata semplicissima nella sua sede a Trapani. Abbiamo conosciuto anche la moglie del signor Francesco, che è stata gentilissima e simpaticissima. Consigliatissimo. We rented a car for five days, with the request for delivery directly at the airport and return instead in Trapani center. We landed in Trapani quite early and Mr. Francesco, of a unique availability, did his utmost to bring us the car as soon as possible. The car arrived perfectly clean, sanitized and brand new. The previously agreed price by telephone remained the same and we were able to pay everything immediately with the portable pos, once it was delivered. The service was faultless. The professionalism, kindness and honesty of Mr. Francesco have given us confirmation of the wonderful person he is. We had a great time, the great price with a lot of Kasko included. The return was very simple in its headquarters in Trapani. We also met Mr. Francesco's wife, who was very kind and very nice. Highly recommended. It was possible to rent it immediately on the spot (we came in the morning to rent it for the same day and it was ready for us in 20 min). No young driver fees, no need for credit card. Only drawback was that the owner didn’t really speak English, however he was so nice, that we managed to communicate everything and it was not a problem. Also usually there is a receptionist who speaks English so no worries. The car costed 35€/day without extra insurance and and the fuel policy was same-to-same. Highly recommend! ?
