P	Prof. Cecilia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un autonoleggio semplicemente favoloso: non ho mai incontrato, nei miei viaggi con auto a nolo, una gentilezza, disponibilità e simpatia anche solo lontanamente paragonabili a quelle di Nicoletta, che fin dal primo giorno, arrivati stanchi e un po' nervosi, ci ha accolto con allegria e serenità, trasmettendoci da subito la più fondamentale delle perle di saggezza che abbiamo imparato da questa vacanza: FUTTITINNE! (alias SCIALLA!). L'assistenza è continuata anche durante le due settimane di permamenza, sempre cordiale e priva di pressioni. Anche il prezzo, poi, è stato decisamente buono, con un'auto nuova e alcuni servizi extra che qualsiasi altro autonoleggio "multinazionale" avrebbe fatto pagare a caro prezzo. Complimenti e grazie ancora per aver reso la nostra vacanza ancora più piacevole! A simply fabulous car rental: I have never met, in my travels with rented cars, a kindness, availability and sympathy even remotely comparable to those of Nicoletta, who from the first day, arrived tired and a little nervous, welcomed us with joy and serenity, immediately transmitting the most fundamental of the pearls of wisdom that we have learned from this holiday: FUTTITINNE! (aka SCIALLA!). The assistance continued even during the two weeks of stay, always cordial and free of pressure. The price was also very good, with a new car and some extra services that any other "multinational" car rental would have paid dearly for. Congratulations and thanks again for making our vacation even more enjoyable!

Ho contattato la sigr.ina Nicoletta due mesi fa in pieno lockdown chiedendo flessibilità in merito alle condizioni di cancellazione visti i tempi ancora incerti dovuti alla pandemia e lei si è dimostrata fin da subito premurosa e flessibile nell'adattarsi alle mie esigenze. Ho ritirato l'auto ( una Yaris ibrida nuova) a Trapani e l'ho riconsegnata a Palermo il giorno dopo, ottimo servizio e professionalità. Mi sento di consigliare i loro servizi. I contacted Ms. Nicoletta two months ago in full lockdown asking for flexibility regarding the cancellation conditions given the still uncertain times due to the pandemic and she immediately proved attentive and flexible in adapting to my needs. I picked up the car (a new hybrid Yaris) in Trapani and returned it to Palermo the next day, excellent service and professionalism. I can recommend their services.

Požadovali jsme kompletní pojištění a půjčení na 11 dní. Auto bylo čisté a ve velmi dobrém stavu. Po celou dobu jsme byli s Nicoletta v kontaktu. Auto jsme vraceli ve městě Trapani a využili možnosti odvozu do přístavu. Platba byla možná debetní kartou. Bez depozitu. Velmi děkujeme a doporučujeme. Budeme se těšit příští rok. Markéta. The car was clean and in very good condition. We were in contact with Nicoletta the whole time. We returned the car in the city of Trapani and took the opportunity to take it to the port. Ci sono venuti a prendere al porto di Trapani e ci hanno accompagnati all'autonoleggio pochi chilometri distante. La ragazza del noleggio è stata davvero gentile e disponibile. Macchina tenuta veramente bene, pulita e sanificata. Pagata in contanti senza nessun blocco della carta di credito e nessuna cauzione. Dispongono di un parcheggio privato vicino al mare a San Vito lo Capo che è di una comodità inimmaginabile, di cui forniscono le chiavi del catenaccio. Con loro andate sul sicuro. Let's start with the price: 160 euros for a hybrid toyota yaris for exactly 48 hours, car collection in Trapani on 3 September at 11.00, autonomous delivery at Palermo airport on 5 September at 11.00. They picked us up at the port of Trapani and took us to the car rental a few kilometers away. The rental girl was really nice and helpful. Machine kept really well, clean and sanitized. Paid in cash without any credit card blocking and no deposit. They have a private parking near the sea in San Vito lo Capo which is of an unimaginable comfort, for which they provide the keys to the bolt. Play it safe with them.

They just took 10% of rental value from my account during the booking. The car (new and clean) was waiting in front of the terminal. The price comparing to the other rental companies was very competitive even with the insurance. Perhaps because the website is in italian only (unless I didn't notice the icon for language change) so I had to book and check the options with the google translator but the overall service and price is definitely worth it.
