β β β β β Car and servis was well. People from Automania were kind.
But when I gave car back, they wanted money (18β¬), cause I didn't wash the car. Yes, It was in contract, but only in their version, not in version, wich was send on my mail. Car was normaly using, dirty only from dust. I used it for 2 weeks (1000 km).

β β β β β We have rent from AutoMania from the TPS airport. We were not sure if it is easy to find them. Turned out we were found, they call You exactly when it is time for it. On the return day they called me once again which was very good because it helped detecting that I confused dates and I had enough time to deal with the mistake.

β β β β β Try to avoid this company. I had rented their car and upon its return they were checking it for almost half an hour. They found no damage but their boss was not satisfied with this outcome, went back and found a little scratch on the wheel which I was not aware of at all and they charged me 60 β¬ for it. It was not covered by insurance and even if I would have bought the better insurance which they were pushing me into that would not cover a damage to windscreen and/or wheels either. They just make money on insurance excess βΉοΈ

β β β β β Discovered Automania through Zest, a UK broker, and had no idea what to expect. But turns out the experience could not have been better. Next time we're in Sicily, we won't look anywhere else.
At Trapani Airport, Mr Francesco Caruso couldn't have been more helpful. He delivered a smooth, reassuring hire experience, giving us the perfect welcome at the start of our short Sicilian road trip adventure. There was no queuing; we knew we could trust the service we were given; and we left the airport confident about the car we were driving.
The car itself was beautiful - a Jeep Renegade, very competitively price. The return experience was seamless, albeit the signage at the return location, Catania Airport, could definitely be better.
