Ho conosciuto Pamela, una commessa straordinaria, gentile e super disponibile, che grazie alle sue grandiose conoscenze è riuscita a trovare la combinazione di fragranze uniche per me, un’esperienza sensoriale incredibile. Consiglio tantissimo questo negozio, per il personale cordialissimo , per i meravigliosi prodotti e l’ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Tornerò il prima possibile a trovarvi !! Grazie ancora , Denise. Out of curiosity I entered LUSH PERFUME LIBRARY, which turned out to be an enchanted place. I met Pamela, an extraordinary, kind and super helpful saleswoman, who thanks to her great knowledge was able to find the combination of fragrances that are unique to me, an incredible sensory experience. I highly recommend this shop, for the very friendly staff, for the wonderful products and the excellent value for money. I'll be back as soon as possible to see you !! Thanks again, Denise.

Ho visitato il negozio diverse volte per scegliere la fragranza giusta per me, e ogni giorno sono stata accolta dai ragazzi che lavorano in negozio con calore, gentilezza e una cortesia che mi hanno veramente stupita. Sono stata invitata a prendermi tutto il tempo di cui avevo bisogno, sedermi, provare i profumi sulle mouillettes e portarli a casa per capire la loro persistenza, la loro evoluzione nel tempo. E’ l’esperienza che gli amanti dei profumi vorrebbero fare, perché una fragranza merita di essere capita nel tempo, senza quella fretta che generalmente viene imposta nei negozi, sia pur di nicchia. E’ stato bello parlare con le ragazze, ascoltare i loro consigli, essere guidati nell’esplorazione dei vari profumi. La Library è un luogo dove tornare e ritornare, sicuri di essere accolti con quel calore che ormai è diventato una rarità. I profumi Lush sono stati una scoperta per me, ma è stato proprio grazie alla gentilezza che ho potuto acquistare quello che sto amando moltissimo. Tornerò sicuramente per acquistarne altri, e consiglio a chiunque di vistare il negozio e godersi un bellissimo viaggio olfattivo. I visited the shop several times to choose the right fragrance for me, and every day I was greeted by the guys who work in the shop with warmth, kindness and courtesy that really amazed me. I was invited to take all the time I needed, sit down, try the perfumes on the mouillettes and take them home to understand their persistence, their evolution over time. It is the experience that perfume lovers would like to have, because a fragrance deserves to be understood over time, without the haste that is generally imposed in stores, even if it is a niche one. It was nice to talk to the girls, listen to their advice, be guided in the exploration of the various scents. The Library is a place to return and return, sure to be welcomed with that warmth that has now become a rarity. Lush perfumes were a discovery for me, but it was thanks to the kindness that I was able to buy what I am loving very much. I will definitely come back to buy more, and I recommend anyone to visit the shop and enjoy a beautiful olfactory journey. Congratulations guys for your work and a special thanks to Marta!

Nicola e Marta sono stati disponibilissimi da subito, sempre pronti a fugare ogni dubbio sulle fragranze e introducendomi ad un lato del marchio che non avevo mai avuto il piacere di conoscere; è stato veramente piacevole parlare con loro, scoprendo la storia che orbita attorno ai profumi venduti, da dove parte lo studio sui vari aromi, per poi finire con la spiegazione dell’aroma terapia. Sicuramente tornerò prestissimo per acquistare altro, è stata un’esperienza sensoriale veramente interessante con due ragazzi veramente capaci e cordiali. Although I have known and acquired the Lush brand for many years only today, for the first time, I entered the Perfume Library to pick up a perfume that until now I had only owned in solid form. Nicola and Marta were extremely available immediately, always ready to dispel any doubts about fragrances and introducing me to a side of the brand that I had never had the pleasure of knowing; It was really nice to talk to them, discovering the story that revolves around the perfumes sold, where the study on the various aromas starts, and then ends with the explanation of the aroma therapy. I will definitely be back very soon to buy more, it was a really interesting sensory experience with two really capable and friendly guys.

I ragazzi della Perfume Library sono estremamente gentili e professionali e ti offrono tutte le attenzioni di cui hai bisogno. Dimenticate i profumi classici: se passate ai profumi lush, non tornerete più indietro. Ogni profumo ha una propria storia e un proprio significato, L’ uno completamente diverso dall’ altro. Ci sono profumi graziosi, nostalgici, oscuri, delicati: ci sono per tutti i gusti .  Rimarrete sorpresi da come Perfume Library rivoluzionerà L’ idea di “comprare un profumo” . Ci sono divanetti su cui accomodarsi per sentire i profumi con più calma e attenzione ed è offerta gratuitamente una seduta per individuare, in base alle emozioni che si provano, il tipo di profumo più adatto a noi.  È un negozio unico al mondo (letteralmente!) e c’ è persino una linea di profumi ispirato alla città di Firenze . Se visitate per la prima volta la città, consiglio di tornare a casa con una delle piccole pozioni profumate della “Florence Collection” che vi ricorderanno della vostra bellissima visita in città . I prezzi accontentano tutte le tasche : ce ne sono economici e altri più costosi. Io ho avuto un’ esperienza straordinaria in particolare con Marta che ha saputo consigliarmi in base a una sola fotografia, il profumo perfetto per il mio fidanzato. È stato speciale, intimo e mi ha fatto venire gli occhi lucidi osservare come quel profumo , Furze, raccontasse moltissimo della persona che amo. Grazie delle bellissime esperienze, a presto! The shop is extraordinary and it is the staff that makes it unique. The guys at the Perfume Library are extremely kind and professional and give you all the attention you need. Forget classic perfumes: if you switch to lush perfumes, you will never go back. Each perfume has its own history and its own meaning, one completely different from the other. There are graceful, nostalgic, dark, delicate scents: there are for all tastes. You will be surprised how Perfume Library will revolutionize the idea of "buying a perfume". There are sofas to sit on to feel the scents with more calm and attention and a free session is offered to identify, based on the emotions you feel, the most suitable type of perfume for us. It is a unique shop in the world (literally!) And there is even a line of perfumes inspired by the city of Florence. If you are visiting the city for the first time, I recommend going home with one of the small scented potions from the “Florence Collection” that will remind you of your beautiful visit to the city. The prices satisfy all budgets: there are cheap ones and others more expensive. I had an extraordinary experience in particular with Marta who was able to advise me on the basis of a single photograph, the perfect perfume for my boyfriend. It was special, intimate and made my eyes shine to observe how that perfume, Furze, told a lot about the person I love. Thanks for the wonderful experiences, see you soon!

Se avete un po’ di tempo consiglio la consulenza personalizzata: in esperienza olfattiva unica per trovare la vostra fragranza ideale. In esclusiva solo qui alcune fragranze ideate per rendere omaggio al rinascimento fiorentino, da provare! Not a Lush point like the others but a store entirely dedicated to perfume. If you have some time, I recommend personalized advice: a unique olfactory experience to find your ideal fragrance. Exclusively only here some fragrances designed to pay homage to the Florentine Renaissance, to try!
S	Savio Gorgoglione on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Persino da non appassionato (ma curioso) di profumi qui mi sono rilassato e con mia sorella (l’appassionata tra i due) abbiamo chiacchierato con Marta, la gentilissima ragazza dello staff, con cui sembrava di essere a prendere un caffè parlando di profumi e non solo, e che ha aiutato e guidato mia sorella nell’ardua scelta e l’acquisto di un profumo. Una pausa super apprezzata dalla calda passeggiata in città, da cui torneremo con dei ricordi unici anche grazie a Marta e a questo negozio!
