s	simonetta picciau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Propietario SCORTESE SGARBATO E ARROGANTE la moglie pure solo l'impiegata Alessandra e la tecnica Rosy sono state cortesi anche gli operai menefreghisti nel risolvere i problemi MI È STATO VENDUTO UN MEZZO CAMPER NUOVO ACQUISTATO ALLA FIERA DI PARMA PIENO DI DIFFETTI GUASTO DA SUBITO SI È ROTTO IL CAMBIO APPENA RITIRATO 90KM E SÌ È RIFIUTATO DI SOSTITUIRMELO!!!!non hanno attivato l'assistenza e mi sono ritrovata buttata in strada con il camper sotto il sole e la pioggia a piedi sola con un figlio di 13 anni mi sono dovuta pagare pure l'albergo loro con tutti i camper che avevano non mi hanno lasciato neppure una macchina di servizio!!! Trattata da cani solo perché sono una donna sola e venivo dalla Sardegna!!! EVITATE DI ACQUISTARE CAMPER DA LORO!!! SAREBBERO SOLO PROBLEMI CHE SI RIFIUTANO DI RISOLVERE!!! Avevo fissato l'appuntamento per il tagliando della scocca ma arrivato lì ho cambiato idea e me ne sono tornato a casa nonostante i 90 km percorsi e una serie di lavori da eseguire nel prossimo futuro. A farmi girare le scatole è stata la supponenza del titolare che, probabilmente non sapendo come si fa un tagliando pur spacciandosi per l’addetto, mi ha invitato a svuotare i pensili appoggiando per terra il loro contenuto, in barba all’igiene e in piena pandemia! Avrei dovuto svuotare il camper a casa ma non sarebbe stato semplice essendo un camper grande. Invece sarebbe bastato cercare un compromesso accettando una coesione tra l’addetto al controllo delle infiltrazioni ed il sottoscritto che mano a mano avrebbe svuotato i pensili strapieni, vista la favorevole configurazione dell’arredamento. Conclusioni: nessuna disponibilità, molta supponenza. A vendere sono bravi e gentili. No, non sono a mio agio con persone così, idem per sua moglie e un’impiegata! E’ evidente che il clima aziendale è quello che è: tale è il titolare, tale è il personale. I WON'T FIND WELL, I WILL NOT GO BACK! Conclusions: no availability, a lot of arrogance. They are good and kind to sell. No, I'm not at ease with people like that, ditto for his wife and an employee! Chi ha un pò di esperienza di camper ed io ne ho molta anche dal punto di vista tecnico, ci mette poco a capire che dichiarazioni commerciali e affermazioni tecniche sono una "fiera delle contraddizioni". ..to avoid. Anyone who has some experience with campers and I have a lot of it also from a technical point of view, it takes little to understand that commercial statements and technical statements are a "fair of contradictions".
