Martellato dalle continue inserzioni noto una proposta che poteva interessarmi, inoltro i dati della mia autovettura, tempestivamente mi perviene a mezzo email una proposta veramente interessante.
Dopo aver preso appuntamento mi presento a Cassola e lì breve colloquio con un venditore che, adducendo motivazioni relative ad algoritmi da rivedere, mi formula una stima di ben € 11.863 più bassa.
Attenzione al cliente uguale a zero, il fatto che io abbia percorso 150 km, fondamentalmente per concludere la transazione, non fregato nulla.
Nessuna considerazione per eventualmente valutare qualcosa di diverso = zero; bella sede faraonica, incapaci di offrire neppure un caffè.
Evidentemente ci son ancora vacche grasse, cancellata come concessionaria automobili.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non pensavo di riuscire a trovare l'auto che cercavo invece dopo tanta ricerca su internet ho trovato proprio quello che cercavo, abbiamo acquistato proprio grazie a Franz la nostra Peugeot 5008 , è stato sempre presente , noi siamo della Toscana e non pensavo di riuscire da così lontano invece grazie a lui che è sempre stato molto presente , gentile , e anche paziente con le nostre richieste siamo.riusciti a procedere con l'acquisto...Siamo partiti in treno da Firenze e una volta a Cassola lui è venuto a prenderci alla stazione, un gesto davvero bello!!! E siamo molto soddisfatti , la.macchina una km 0 era perfetta e non ha presentato nessun tipo di problema, ringraziamo infinitamente FRANZ!!!!
Vorrei far capire a chi legge questa recensione che è possibile acquistare un'auto anche da lontano basta trovare le persone giuste!!! Grazie ancora anche FRATTIN AUTO!

I did not think I would be able to find the car I was looking for but after a lot of searching on the internet I found just what I was looking for, we bought our Peugeot 5008 thanks to Franz, he was always present, we are from Tuscany and I did not think I would be able to so far instead thanks to him who has always been very present, kind, and also patient with our requests we are able to proceed with the purchase ... We left by train from Florence and once in Cassola he came to pick us up at the station, a really nice gesture !!! And we are very satisfied, the 0 km car was perfect and did not present any kind of problem, thank you very much FRANZ !!!!
I would like to make it clear to those who read this review that it is possible to buy a car even from afar, just find the right people !!! Thanks again also FRATTIN AUTO!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato la settimana scorsa una renault clio del 2020, l auto è in condizioni perfette e il sig. Franz è stato di una gentilezza e una cortesia unica.
Abito a 3 ore di distanza, ho preso Il treno e sono stati gentili a venirmi a prendere senza indugio.
Sicuramente tornerò a comprare la prossima macchina nella concessionaria Frattin.
I bought a 2020 renault clio last week, the car is in perfect condition and mr. Franz was of a kindness and a unique courtesy.
I live 3 hours away, I took the train and they were kind to pick me up without delay.
I will definitely come back to buy the next car in the Frattin dealership.
