M	Mirco D'Inca' on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ con mio grande dispiacere devo dare 1 stella ma avrei dato anche Zero per il semplice motivo che mia moglie ha presentato una osservazione alla GABEL su 2 copriletti acquistati sette mesi (presso un negozio autorizzato di Belluno) fa e lavati 3/4 volte come da istruzioni presentanto problemi di cuciture che saltano (vedi foto) Mia moglie è stata contattata da una certa Antonella e le è stato detto in modo davvero scortese un NO immediato senza nemmeno chiedere ne vedere il difetto aggiudicandolo immediatamente ad una causa nostra. Non c'è stato modo di dialogare e nemmeno l'interesse di comprendere il nostro disagio e disservizio di un prodotto che è costato parecchio perché pensavamo fosse di qualità. Se il nostro contatto era di presentare una osservazione, questa ci è ritornata come una sberla in faccia per la maleducazione rivolta a mia moglie (che ha un marcato accento straniero) da parte di questa persona da cui noi chiediamo le scuse immediate. to my great regret I have to give 1 star but I would also have given Zero for the simple reason that my wife submitted a remark to GABEL on 2 bedspreads bought seven months (at an authorized shop in Belluno) ago and washed 3/4 times as per instructions with problems of seams that jump (see photo) My wife was contacted by a certain Antonella and she was told in a really rude way an immediate NO without even asking or seeing the defect, immediately awarding it to our cause. There was no way to talk and not even the interest in understanding our inconvenience and disservice of a product that cost a lot because we thought it was of quality. If our contact was to make an observation, it came back as a slap in the face for the rudeness of my wife (who has a pronounced foreign accent) by this person from whom we ask for an immediate apology.
