Dunque non mi è stato evidenziato fin da subito che il negozio non fosse provvisto di attrezzatura tecnica da agonismo. Non è tutto: dopo qualche giorno di utilizzo del prodotto uno dei ganci per la chiusura dello scarpone si è rotto senplicemente chiudendolo. Il pezzo è stato sostituito, malgrado senza la copertura della garanzia, dunque la spesa del ricambio è ricaduta sulle spalle del cliente. Era a mio parere lecito aspettarsi la garanzia in quanto presente un evidente difetto di fabbrica, e non un problema sorto a causa di un uso scorretto dell'oggetto. La garanzia, secondo la legge, non viene stabilita dall'azienda produttrice del prodotto ma dal rivenditore, che in questo caso è chiaro che non è stata implementata nel servizio offerto. Acquistare degli scarponi da sci, indipendentemente dalle esigenze (agonismo e non) non è mai semplice ed è meglio non presentarsi a negozi di questo tipo. The piece has been replaced, despite not having the warranty covered, therefore the cost of the spare part has fallen on the customer's shoulders. In my opinion it was legitimate to expect the warranty as there is an obvious factory defect, and not a problem that arose due to incorrect use of the object. The warranty, according to the law, is not established by the manufacturer of the product but by the retailer, which in this case is clear that it has not been implemented in the service offered. Buying ski boots, regardless of needs (competitive or otherwise) is never easy and it is better not to go to shops of this type.

Avevo quasi perso le speranze quando mi han dato il nome di questo negozio e ho provato. Pieno di caschi anche a stagione quasi finita e anche a buon prezzo! Il personale è stato gentile nell'assecondare le mie richieste e me ne sono andato soddisfatto e con il regalo finalmente comprato. Di per sé il negozio da fuori non sembra tanto grande ma in realtà dentro hanno tanta roba un po' per tutti gli sport. I spent a day at shops looking for a snowboard helmet to make a gift. The staff was kind in supporting my requests and I left satisfied and with the gift finally bought. In and of itself the shop from the outside does not seem so big but in reality inside they have a lot of stuff a bit for all sports.

Era il 7° negozio che visionavo .... oltre internet (che costavano di più). Volevo quasi prenderne due ...fortuna? Grazie Loris In my case I arrived to look for wind jacket for skiing.
