Mi sono recata in negozio e mi hanno fatto un buono pari all'importo totale, e mi hanno pure lasciato le scarpe precedentemente acquistate per tirare avanti finché non arrivano nuovi modelli acquistabili con il buono. Per me questo è saper trattare il cliente. Grande professionalità e disponibilità sia della commessa al reparto scarpe che del titolare Ivano. Che dire... Bravi davvero
