R	Roberto Zannoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posso dire che come tanti ospedali italiani del nord e un questo caso del Veneto, in linea di massima ci sono servizi che malgrado tutto si possono sempre migliorare, ma direi che questa volontà Bassano la esprime . Diciamo che alla sanità italiana mancano più di 50000 medici e che molto spesso i migliori vanno all'estero dove sono riconosciuti professionalmente ed economicamente molto di più che in Italia. Però posso ringraziare tutto il personale medico , paramedico , infermieristico e volontari che ogni giorno con grande professionalità e tanto amore, si prendono cura di tante persone ammalate e bisognose di cure . Grazie infinite per tutto ciò che fate. In tempi molto brevi mi siedo dal medico consegno le carte compilate vengono messe da una parte, e nemmeno guardate (cosa le compiliamo a fare) e vedo che scrive pfizer "le chiedo perché pfizer" mi risponde perchè abbiamo solo questo....e le chiedo decide senza guardare o chiedermi le mie patologie? ......... SONO ANDATO VIA SCONVOLTO naturalmente senza fare il vaccino non perché era il pfizer ma perchè non ho avuto fiducia . Dopo lunghe attese in linea al telefono riagganciano sempre con la solita risposta "le linee sono sovraccariche si prega di richiamare". La cosa peggiore è che noi tutti stiamo pagando per avere questo servizio inefficiente! The telephone service to book is a shameful thing! Oggi medico di base sostituito, non si capisce bene con che criterio dato che il nostro si è trasferito da Solagna a Bassano (non a Vicenza), con una non meglio precisata, perché nessuno è capace di darci il nominativo corretto, che non risponde al telefono. Siamo in quarantena in attesa dei risultati del tampone che non arrivano, manco li avessero mandati a un laboratorio della NASA, e non sappiamo cosa dire ai nostri datori di lavoro. Il terzo mondo fa un baffo a questa ulss del "profondo nord". Yesterday three hours in line for a swab in the cold. Non è colpa del personale se questa struttura non brilla per efficienza, ma dovrebbero essere loro i primi a lamentarsi ed ad aver più cuore. Lo smantellamento della Sanità pubblica può essere ancora fermato. E non prendetevela con il personale che non ha gran stipendi e fa orari assurdi, è stato nel tempo tagliato. Le colpe sono ben più in alto. Ad esempio per ore di attesa di un tampone ringrazia la regione e la sua azienda zero. Solidarity can be improved upon. V	Valeria Alessi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vergognosi. Ieri 09/01 in fila dalle 12,30 con appuntamento preso sul sito alle 13,30. Sono riuscita a fare il tampone rapido alle 15,50 per poi aspettare per un'altra ora e mezza il risultato (positivo) per poter fare il molecolare e lasciare l'ospedale alle 17,40. 5 ore!!! 5 ore di fila al freddo per un tampone. Oltre a me presenti anche persone di un certa età al freddo da 5 ore per avere un esito di un tampone rapido!! Questa è follia. Dopo 5 ore l'unica cosa che sono stati in grado di dirci è stata: "Portate pazienza, colpa delle guardie mediche!". No è colpa del fatto che non c'è un minimo di organizzazione ! Non do la colpa al personale,ma lasciare postivi e negativi ammassati per 5 ore è veramente disorganizzazione e mancanza di rispetto. Shameful.
