Bad customer service.
This may not be a Bep's issue but it definitely is an issue with this branch's manager.
I've had issues with him in the past, he is unpleasant and a bully not just to customers but no doubt to his staff - and this is why they end up being the miserable people they are.
Same old story. Miserable manager, miserable staff.
