★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quanto sei cliente con due macchine da un paio di anni e porti la macchina a fare il tagliando e ti ritrovi a pagare 450 euro di cui 180 più Iva di filtri senza neanche aver ricevuto una telefonata che ti avvisava dell' aggravio che fai? Annulli subito il tagliando dell'altra macchina e a mai più rivederci!
How much have you been a customer with two machines for a couple of years and you take the car to do the service and you find yourself paying 450 euros of which 180 plus VAT for filters without even having received a phone call warning you of the burden you are making? Cancel the coupon of the other car immediately and never see us again!

Per quanto riguarda il costo dei servizi, per fortuna ci sono realtà ben più competitive e valide. Bastava guardarsi attorno. Fidelizzarsi, nel mio caso, ha significato fregarsi.
I will no longer turn to this repair shop which I consider unprofessional, not at all friendly, indeed irritating. As for the cost of services, fortunately there are much more competitive and valid realities. It was enough to look around. In my case, loyalty meant fooling yourself.
