Il tutto senza spendere un centesimo! Complimenti! sono sempre le persone che fanno la differenza. EXCELLENT AFTER SALES SERVICE This summer I bought a pair of boots for my son, during the holidays in the mountains one of the hooks where the laces pass broke, I went to the MONTEBELLUNA store and Mrs.Luigina managed the practice flawlessly by having the broken hook replaced! Assistenza pessima per il reso. Qualità bassa per un prezzo elevato. Given trekking shoes in December, pick up in February to wait for the right shoe size, started using them in country routes with short distances after the lock down and find themselves with holes in the soles after less than 3 months. Bad return assistance. Low quality for a high price.

Il personale è disponibile e competente. Ottime scarpe per la montagna, di qualità elevata e realizzate con l'esperienza e la professionalità che da sempre caratterizzano Aku. E se avete a cuore l'ambiente fatevi illustrare le numerose iniziative su materiali, box, etc. The shop is worth a visit from time to time, both to see the new models and to check if any sample pieces are available. Mi auguro che la qualità costruttiva degli scarponi e l'ottima assistenza clienti di cui ho sentito parlare venga confermata ? Dai primi test in montagna e collina i Conero Gtx sembrano veramente dei gran scarponi...si adattano molto bene al piede e sono assolutamente impermeabili sulla neve! Durante la prima escursione ovviamente c'é stato un leggero sfregamento delle dita, ma assolutamente nessuna vescica. Dal secondo/terzo in poi più nessun fastidio ? From the first tests in the mountains and hills, the Conero Gtx really look like great boots ... they adapt very well to the foot and are absolutely waterproof on the snow! During the first hike there was obviously a slight rubbing of the fingers, but absolutely no blisters. No discomfort from the second / third onwards ?
O	Olga P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought AKU- Ultralight Galaxy GTX boots from Skalnik store. Unfortunately from the very beginning the boots were leaking even after walking on wet grass. The boots have been claimed in Skalnik store twice under 1) warranty and 2) guarantee. Both complaints were rejected because the internal tests showed that the boots do not leak. I asked for the test report - I was supposed to receive them within 2 weeks. Unfortunately, I have still not received them since December. I was very disappointed and wasted my time. I do not recommend.
