C	C H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale che risponde al telefono è decisamente poco garbato e professionale, di scarsa educazione e si dimostra scocciato anche solo ad inizio conversazione, con un "PRONTO?!" decisamente innervosito. Purtroppo é cosa risaputa, non sono l'unica ad averne fatto le spese. Operate per un servizio al pubblico! Professionalità e garbatezza dovrebbero essere primi requisiti! Rispondono in modo tale che credevo di aver chiamato per errore ad un domicilio privato, procurando disturbo! The staff that answers the phone is decidedly not very polite and professional, poorly educated and proves annoyed even at the beginning of the conversation, with a "READY ?!" decidedly nervous. Unfortunately it is well known, I am not the only one who has paid the price. Work for a service to the public! Professionalism and kindness should be first requirements! La stessa cosa mi è successa ad aprile,per richiedere un Isee, per la mamma novantenne. E mio marito per prendere un appuntamento è arrivato al punto di cambiare sindacato. Dopo un quarto d'ora un'altro signore è tornato fuori da un altro ufficio chiedendo a tutti cosa dovamo fare. Questo per dire che sono professionali!!!! e non per vantare la cgl che tralaltro è la prima volta che vado,ma la gente che ha bisogno e tanta e comunque loro sono cordiali e comunicano tra di loro. Uno staff che merita rispetto,buon lavoro Giampiero Provenzano. After a quarter of an hour another gentleman came back out of another office asking everyone what we should do. This is to say they are professional !!!! and not to boast the cgl that by the way is the first time I go, but the people who need a lot and in any case they are friendly and communicate with each other. A staff that deserves respect, good work Giampiero Provenzano.

Okay vado li ma almeno trattamento non lo sano nemeno parlare. Eppure avevo preso appuntamento; praticamente trattato da non iscritto. Certamente non rinnoverò la tessera. Asked for advice to fill in a file, but too much haste on the part of the volunteer (?).
