Mi viene detto che è solo disponibile il 4 posti,io accetto e mi viene chiesto di dare conferma prima possibile. Il giorno stesso chiamo per confermare ma mi risponde una ragazza la quale mi dice che i camper disponibili sono tutti 6 posti,quindi io ricontatto i compagni di viaggio e do nuovamente conferma.richiamo e mi risponde un altra persona la quale mi informa che c'è stato un errore e l'unico camper disponibile è un 4 posti... io incredulo riconfermo.. nonostante mi dica che la domenica non si può riconsegnare il mezzo,informazione data da loro stessi al primo contatto. Essendo di un altra città chiedo se si puo firmare il contratto via mail o via fax,ma la signora lo vieta categoricamente,per questo motivo esco prima da lavoro per arrivare fino a Vercelli per firmare i documenti. Al momento del mio arrivo il colpo di scena : il camper è già stato noleggiato ad altre persone ! Quindi la mia valutazione è del tutto negativa,serietà pari a zero e sicuramente non mi avrete mai più come cliente... Se non siete in grado di dare informazioni corrette piuttosto non datele,la gente non può sprecare tempo e denaro per star dietro ai vostri "errori" Very embittered by what happened, I will tell you briefly. Sempre disponibili al telefono ad aiutarti su qualsiasi cosa.... Oggi abbiamo comprato il nostro secondo e spero ultimo camper Nuovo..
