Personale molto gentile nella spiegazione dell'uso del noleggio per chi come me è nuovo in questo mondo. consigliatissimo rented a camper in August 2019 delivered in the right time and on purpose, all ok. Very nice staff in explaining the use of the rental for those like me who are new to this world. recommended

Caparra data il giorno X, due giorni dopo mi trovo impossibilitato a partire per motivi seri e mi negano il rimborso, anche se appunto erano passati solo 2 giorni (un weekend), oltre al fatto che mancavano oltre 3 mesi alla partenza prevista in agosto (al massimo davano un voucher). Ok il contratto, ma alcune volte ci si può venire incontro, fate voi le vostre valutazioni. Sorvoliamo sulla scenetta del "ti chiamo domani", "ti scrivo più tardi" facendo perdere quasi tre mesi per un eventuale rimborso del 50% mai avvenuto. Si parla di 380€ non milioni, giusto per dare un idea della grandezza degli importi in questione che hanno messo su questo triste teatrino. Avessi potuto dare meno di una stella lo avrei fatto TO AVOID. Humanity equal to ZERO. I do not recommend this motorhome rental company to everyone. G	Gianni Ballor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ alla larga...unico mko eo...ho cercato al 28 luglio un camper e mi sono imbattuto qui...per essere chiari: camper del 2007 pagato 1690 euro una settimana... atteso per averlo 2 ore, spiegazione sommaria . Alla consegna, controllo ok,( consegnata la cauzione in contanti 350 euri) ma ho fatto l'errore di dare la cauzione con bonifico. 15 giorni dopo arrivata mail con foto di finestra rotta ... quindi niente bonifico di ritorno. Quindi mi han detto che va bene cosi... niente preventivo della finestra... niente preventivo di errore benzina nel 2o serbatoio acqua che abbiamo messo...poiche' l'attacco e' uguale a quello dei distributori. Ci ballano circa 500 euri...( quindi una settimana 2100 euri)..non so ancora se fare causa oppure ( il contratto con la restituzione della caparra c'è l'ho) no. Ultima chicca: ho lasciato la macchina da loro...restituita completamente coperta di fichi maturi...mi spiace, non faccio recensioni spesso, ma qui e' da fare. Secondo me, nel mio caso, potevano essere piu' professionali, restituire il bonifico e poi... se proprio questa finestra era rotta inviare un preventivo...e parlarne. Così e' stato proprio un comportamento che rispecchia la visione del posto. Peccato...vero anche che io sono abituato a trattare altre tipologie di...persone. p.s. se vi incominciano a dire, senta il sig. Fabio ....quasi introvabile... allora preparatevi... Lo scorso anno presso altro concessionario ( a Druento)... con stesso prezzo : Mercedes nuovo (18 km) ... anche li ho consegnato con alcune righe... restituita cauzione e poi ho concluso con fattura extra ( mesi dopo) ...credo questo si possa chiamare un comportamento " professionale" !!!! away ... single mko eo ... C	Cristina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professionalita' zero, incompetenti. Ci hanno affittato un camper in condizione pietose, sporco con i cuscini macchiati gialli , e dovevo farci dormire 3 bambini. Ho dovuto rimediare portandomi da casa dei copri sedili, inoltre il camper aveva le gomme lisce, quindi pericoloso per la nostra sicurezza ...Vi consiglio prima di affittare di leggere le recensioni...tutte negative....spero vivamente che qs signore si renda conto di come lavora per migliorarsi....perche se continua cosi gli auguro di chiudere e fare altro... poiche' non e' in grado. Zero professionalism, incompetent. They rented us a camper in a pitiful condition, dirty with stained yellow cushions, and I had to get 3 children to sleep. I had to fix it by bringing home some seat covers, besides the camper had smooth tires, so dangerous for our safety ... I advise you before renting to read the reviews ... all negative .... I sincerely hope that qs sir realize how he works to improve himself ... because if he continues like this I wish him to close and do more ... since he is not able.
M	Mario Boccardi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza DISASTROSA, ho acquistato uno ‘sharky 500 D’ nuovo nel 2013, ho chiesto come modifica di aggiungere al centro del tetto una ventola Fiamma. Una settimana fa, ritornando al camper dopo il lockdown, mi sono accorto che il soffitto era gonfiato e presentava una grave infiltrazione d’acqua. L’ho portato urgentemente in un ricovero al chiuso che fa anche riparazione di mezzi. Dalle foto si evince quanto è successo. Durante l’installazione della ventola per prelevare la corrente dalla predisposizione nell’oblò esistente e portarla alla nuova sede è stato praticato un foro che unisse le due sedi. La punta del trapano, troppo inclinata, ha forato il tetto. La riparazione fatta solo con mastice, al sole e alle intemperie non ha retto e dopo qualche tempo ha permesso l’infiltrazione di acqua che ha compromesso l’intero pannello centrale (cucina e bagno), sperando che non abbia intaccato anche gli altri due pannelli confinanti. Il preventivo è di 4500€. (Rimozione del tetto con smontaggio oblò, ricostruzione intelaiatura e rifacimento rivestimento interno). Ho fatto la segnalazione a Camper One ma non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta. Vi consiglio di leggere attentamente le recensioni prima di impegolarvi con questo concessionario. E	Enza Di Biase on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio, purtroppo siamo stati degli ingenui ci siamo fidati troppo,e ne abbiamo pagato le conseguenze, dovendo farci fare dei lavori altrove a nostre spese , perché tutto quello che c'era da fare non siamo mai riusciti a farceli fare anche lasciando lì il nostro camper per più di 15 /20 giorni inutilmente, e qualche lavoro fatto da vergognarci noi ad andare in giro con un camper pagato 26000. Non sò come facciano a essere ancora aperti.
