Ho portato il mio mezzo più di una volta per interventi in garanzia e non e tutti i lavori sono stati eseguiti con precisione. Il camper è sempre tornato pulito, in ordine e con tutti i problemi risolti. Non posso che consigliare Camping Sofia sotto tutti gli aspetti. Un ringraziamento a tutto lo staff. Seriousness, professionalism and courtesy are at home. I have brought my vehicle more than once for interventions under warranty and not and all the works have been carried out with precision. The motorhome has always come back clean, in order and with all the problems solved. I can only recommend Camping Sofia in all respects. Thanks to all the staff.

Competent, kind and meet the needs of the customer. I had a solar panel and a turbo-vent installed: everything was perfect. The prices were normal.

u	ugolux on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allora questa NON è una recensione negativa ma una mia personale considerazione. Durante la mia visita sono stati tutti assolutamente gentili e professionali. Ma se io desidero acquistare un mezzo che costa decine di migliaia di euro, lo devo provare su strada, e non seduto a fianco dell'addetto alle vendite. Comprendo assolutamente le normative legate alla targa prova che non consentono al cliente di guidare il mezzo cui è temporaneamente associata ma, per me, non esiste proprio che acquisto un camper senza provarlo, non ci sono dubbi. Tant'è che mi sono assunto i rischi di una compravendita tra privati e l'ho preso senza garanzia. Ma almeno l'ho potuto guidare (e pagato meno ma vabbè, questo è un altro discorso). Sono scelte personali ovviamente, solo il futuro mi dirà se ho fatto bene o male. Però ripeto, sono stati tutti molto gentili. So this is NOT a negative review but my personal consideration. During my visit everyone was absolutely kind and professional. But if I want to buy a vehicle that costs tens of thousands of euros, I have to test it on the road, and not sitting next to the sales person. I absolutely understand the regulations related to the test plate that do not allow the customer to drive the vehicle with which it is temporarily associated but, for me, there is really no way that I buy a camper without trying it, there is no doubt. So much so that I took the risks of a private sale and took it without guarantee. But at least I was able to drive it (and paid less but oh well, that's another story). They are personal choices of course, only the future will tell me if I did well or badly. But I repeat, they were all very kind.

Consegna del camper effettuata però in modo un po frettoloso ma con la loro disponibilità a fugare ogni dubbio anche successivamente. Il problema è che il camper (nuovo) è andato in avaria motore dopo pochi km richiedendo un immediato ricovero in officina, a detta di Fiat il problema è imputabile alla mancata applicazione di campagne di richiamo a carico di chi ha assemblato o venduto il camper (campagne da effettuare in pre consegna). Il vano motore poi era completamente sporco di terra/sabbia il che non fa una buona impressione su di un veicolo nuovo! Good sales service, competent and helpful. G	G.F. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo meno non si può dare, passati per fare un preventivo sul camper di due lavori abbastanza importanti e costosi, dovevano richiamare il giorno dopo, dopo una settimana li ricontattato per sapere qualcosa, mi dicono che mi fanno sapere, ad oggi ancora nulla. Se NON sono in grado di fare certi lavori facevano più bella figura a dire subito non facciamo questi lavori, noi vendiamo camper e accessori. Assolutamente da evitare.
