Che dire, da neofita, ma pignolo, ho girato molto ma quando sono entrato per la prima volta ho ricevuto quello che si chiama competenza e comprensione per chi come me, non conosce nulla di camper, facendomi sentire a mio agio e soprattutto sicuro di ciò che mi proponevano. Un grazie particolare a Fabio per avermi consigliato il camper e per tutte le volte che mi ha ripetuto come gestire il bestione e ovviamente a tutto lo staff per sopportare le mie telefonateee!
I bought my first motorhome (hymer) from their dealership. What can I say, as a neophyte, but fussy, I traveled a lot but when I entered for the first time I received what is called competence and understanding for those who, like me, do not know anything about campers, making me feel at ease and above all sure of it they proposed to me. A special thanks to Fabio for recommending the camper and for all the times he repeated to me how to manage the beast and of course to all the staff for putting up with my phone calls!

Pochi giorni fa abbiamo ritirato il nostro secondo camper (purtroppo il primo ci è stato rubato) e, fin dal primo acquisto, siamo stati piacevolmente colpiti, oltre che dall' assoluta professionalità e serietà, dall'attenzione al rapporto con il cliente: umano e sincero. Any written word or phrase will fail to convey exactly the appreciation and gratitude we feel towards them. A few days ago we collected our second camper (unfortunately the first was stolen from us) and, from the first purchase, we were pleasantly impressed, as well as by the absolute professionalism and seriousness, by the attention to the relationship with the customer: human and sincere. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devo fare i complimenti a tutta la squadra della VR Camper, Grazie ad un mio collega già loro cliente mi ha consigliato di rivolgermi a loro per l’acquisto di un camper usato.
In loro ho trovato disponibilità, professionalità, dedizione al lavoro, serietà, educazione(cosa rara al giorno d’oggi) premesso che sono un venditore anch’io, e quindi, so cosa vuole dire ascoltare il cliente e cercare di accontentarlo per quanto sia possibile. VR Camper per la mia esperienza è una realtà piacevole di averla scoperta. Ho voluto scrivere questa recensione dopo 6 mesi che ho ritirato il mio camper, e posso confermare tt ciò detto sopra, con il verificarsi di alcuni piccoli difetti, e loro con molta professionalità hanno risolto tutto in tempi brevi.
Che dire andate sul sicuro se volete comprare un Camper!!!!!!COMPLIMENTI A TUTTI

I have to congratulate the whole VR Camper team. Thanks to a colleague of mine who is already a customer, he advised me to contact them for the purchase of a used camper.
In them I found availability, professionalism, dedication to work, seriousness, education (which is rare nowadays) given that I am a seller too, and therefore, I know what it means to listen to the customer and try to please him as much as he is. possible. VR Camper for my experience is a pleasant reality to have discovered it. I wanted to write this review after 6 months that I collected my camper, and I can confirm that said above, with the occurrence of some small defects, and they with a lot of professionalism have solved everything in a short time.
What about go on the safe side if you want to buy a Camper !!!!!! CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL

Basterebbero queste due parole per definire la qualità del servizio che ho ricevuto.
Invece proseguo perché vorrei sottolineare la professionalità e la pazienza della Sig.ra Laura, la gentilezza e la disponibilità della Sig.ra Elisa, la competenza e la perizia del Sig. Gianni. Grazie a tutti per aver fatto in modo che questa esperienza errante diventasse indimenticabile.
P.S. Si noti nella foto che i colori del camper sono esattamente quelli della macchina della polizia di frontiera elvetica….?
