★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenendo presente che in stazione non si sa dove poggiare neanche un ombrello, questa è una vera oasi, ti permette di rilassarti, lavorare, attendere il momento della partenza in un ambiente comodo, PULITO e con personale sempre gentile

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Treno in ritardo per guasto sulla linea e decido di entrare in lounge, in pratica si passa da ambiente aperto della stazione ad un ambiente chiuso tutti senza mascherina e gente che tossisce, impossibile stare dentro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Treno in ritardo di 3 ore..decido di usufruire del servizio all'interno dell'area lounge al costo di 7 euro: salatini praticamente crudi, palesemente congelati, coca cola calda e sgasata, un thé caldo della macchinetta, imbevibile tanto era dolce. Da un'azienda come Italo mi aspettavo un servizio migliore, attento ai dettagli ma almeno alla sostenibilità, invece non riciclano nemmeno la plastica, gettano tutto in un unico bidone, sono veramente delusa, basterebbe così poco ma è palesemente uno specchio per allodole.
