Auto prenotata e PAGATA da una settimana tramite il sito, arrivati alla concessionaria la ragazza con maleducazione pretendeva una carta di credito fronte retro (anche non intestata al conducente(?)) per poter avere le chiavi dell’auto nonostante il pagamento fosse già stato effettuato tramite postepay evolution che a loro dire non andava bene. Nessuna informazione su come annullare o spostare la prenotazione, solo arroganza e poca professionalità. La dipendente pessima,peccato non possa mettere una stella! TO AVOID! Bad! Rude, arrogant and poorly informed about requests made. Car booked and PAID for a week through the site, arrived at the dealership the girl with rudeness demanded a front-back credit card (even not in the driver's name (?)) In order to have the car keys despite the payment having already been made through postepay evolution which they say was not good. No information on how to cancel or move the reservation, just arrogance and lack of professionalism. The bad employee, too bad she can't put a star!

V	Viviana Vallati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Specificate in modo chiaro nelle condizioni di noleggio che accettate al momento della consegna "SOLO CARTE DI CREDITO" per una qualsiasi categoria di veicolo, senza trovarsi avendo prepagato il noleggio con carta di debito, a dover pagare penali inutili e ancora peggio perdere Gratuitamente tutti i soldi già versati per il noleggio!! Specify clearly in the rental conditions that you accept at the time of delivery "CREDIT CARDS ONLY" for any vehicle category, without having to have prepaid the rental with a debit card, having to pay unnecessary penalties and even worse losing all the money already paid for the rental !!
