Perquanto riguarda la mia esperienza, non posso che parlarne bene e consigliarlo. I rented a medium-pitch van just yesterday. I booked via the web and everything was ready when I arrived. F	Fabrizio Casetti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo prenotato un furgone particolare per lavoro, mi è arrivata la conferma della prenotazione dall'ufficio di Ferrara (che allego qui sotto per mostrarvi che non c'erano possibilità di dubbio sull'avvenuta conferma), firmata dal responsabile di Ferrara, alla mattina del ritiro il responsabile in persona cade dal pero dicendo che non ne sapeva nulla e che non sa chi ha mandato la mail di conferma firmata da lui che mi dice anche di essere l'unica persona in questa filiale, cerca di liquidarmi con un "mi dispiace", alle mie proteste (il noleggio era per lavoro e non per svago) si offre di trovarmi una soluzione, bravo, fa due telefonate a cui non risponde nessuno e quindi mi dà il saggio consiglio di provare a rivolgermi ad altri noleggiatori e mi saluta, grazie mille, e chi ci avrebbe mai pensato! A questo punto sono arrabbiato, allora lui si offre di darmi un altro furgone, più piccolo di quello che mi serviva e quindi inutile e mi propone anche uno sconto del 20%. Cioè?!? Mi crei dei problemi e dei danni economici (non pochi), non ti prendi la responsabilità di ciò che hai firmato, per liquidarmi mi vuoi mandare da altri o mi offri una cosa inutile con un misero sconto!?!? Molto bene: non andrò mai più da questo signore incompetente ed inaffidabile, ho dovuto annullare e spostare tutte le consegne che dovevo fare con relativa incazzatura ed eventuali penali dei miei clienti, ora stiamo quantificando il danno e il signore di cui sopra lo rivedrò quando gli arriverà la lettera del mio avvocato. Se poi ci volete andare fate pure, ma non dite che non vi avevo avvertito! Very good: I will never go to this incompetent and untrustworthy gentleman again, I had to cancel and move all the deliveries I had to do with its incazzatura and possible penalties of my clients, now we are quantifying the damage and I will see the above mentioned gentleman when I my lawyer letter will arrive. Mi hanno dato gratuitamente degli accessori per il furgone, nel mio caso cinghie per bloccare il carico. Lo consiglio !!! Il personale è stato molto gentile, chiaro nella spiegazione del preventivo e con un prezzo molto competitivo su Ferrara. Consiglierei Morini Rent e lo riutilizzerò di sicuro. Dopo varie ricerche su internet ho noleggiato presso Morini un peugeot, cabinato 18m3 circa con tariffa weekend (listino visibile sul sito). Motore e maneggevolezza ottimi, ottima capacità di carico e soprattutto prezzi imbattibili. Massima disponibilità e serietà da parte dell'addetto al noleggio.
