Squisita anche la segretaria, che ogni anno telefona per ricordare le manutenzioni periodiche. Cinque stelle! Courtesy, discretion and professionalism. The technicians are punctual and available, always ready to give good advice and solve every problem. The secretary is also exquisite, who calls each year to remember the periodic maintenance. Dopo quasi 14 anni di fiducia nei loro tecnici (avevo anche un abbonamento) , per motivi ECONOMICI (cercavano in tutti i modi di venderti pezzi nuovi anche se non era necessario sostituirli) e di comodità ho deciso di avvalermi di un'altra società.. Beh, volete sapere la sorpresa? In 14 Anni, non hanno MAI fatto la pulizia.. I nuovi tecnici hanno aperto la zona del bruciatore (cosa MAI VISTA FARE dai tecnici SPIDERGAS) e dentro vi era un insieme di sporcizia accumulata negli anni da non permettere più l'accensione visto che ormai riempiva quasi tutto il bruciatore.. .. Non so se l'azienda fosse al corrente del lavoro NON FATTO dal proprio personale ma mai consiglierei questa società!! Aggiungo che l'ultimo intervento è di un anno fa.. Ho la vostra ricevuta.. È ribadisco che non è MAI STATO APERTO IL BRUCIATORE (ERO PRESENTE AD OGNI INTERVENTO) Per quanto riguarda i pezzi da voi consigliati in sostituzione, non sono stati cambiati perché, FORTUNATAMENTE, ho richiesto un altro parere! After almost 14 years of confidence in their technicians (I also had a subscription), for ECONOMIC reasons (they tried in every way to sell you new pieces even if it wasn't necessary to replace them) and comfort I decided to use another company .. Well, do you want to know the surprise? In 14 years, they have NEVER done the cleaning .. The new technicians have opened the burner area (what EVER seen by SPIDERGAS technicians) and inside there was a set of dirt accumulated over the years to stop the ignition since now almost filled the burner .. .. I do not know if the company was aware of the work NOT DONE by your staff but I would never recommend this company! I would add that the last intervention is from a year ago .. I have your receipt .. I repeat that the BURNER HAS NEVER BEEN OPENED (I WAS PRESENT AT EVERY INTERVENTION) As for the pieces you recommended as replacement, they have not been changed because, thankfully, I requested another opinion! Hanno anche la comoda opzione di un pacchetto con 3 pulizie caldaia, così da fidelizzare il cliente che può risparmiare qualcosina. Comodo anche il fatto che ti chiamano loro per prendere appuntamento per la pulizia annuale. I costi sono in linea con la concorrenza ma per il servizio che offrono ne vale comunque la pena.
