Per quanto mi riguarda, assoluta mancanza di professionalità e pessimo rapporto col cliente.
Bad personal experience: I found myself billed by surprise for a figure that was not in the least budgeted, and my request to talk about it to find an agreement was answered with a reminder letter from their lawyer. As for me, absolute lack of professionalism and bad relationship with the customer.

Alla mia richiesta di parlarne per trovare un accordo, è arrivata come risposta lettera del loro avvocato con sollecito di pagamento. Per quanto mi riguarda, assoluta mancanza di professionalità e pessimo rapporto col cliente.
