G	Giorgio Gugliuzza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho trovato in casa una caldaia (Gruppo Imar) comprata dal precedente proprietario che era stata installata e servita annualmente da Climatech cosi li ho chiamati per i controlli annuali nel 2020. Purtroppo ho notato scarsissima competenza da parte sia del titolare che i suoi collaboratori. La caldaia perdeva pressione e quindi non partiva. Li ho dovuti richiamare 5-6 volte per far funzionare l'impianto di riscaldamento, ed e' stato molto frustrante doverli far venire ogni volta. Riapriavano la caldaia e sembrava che non avessero idea del problema. Non erano in grado di fornire spiegazioni su era meglio cosa fare. Ho anche chiesto se era il caso di cambiare la caldaia ma continuavano a dire che era come nuova e che poteva andare avanti altri 10 anni. Peccato che il giorno gia non funzionava. Hanno cambiato diverse parti della caldaia (sembra andassero a caso) fino a quando e' ripartita. Tuttavia l'impianto di riscaldamento non ha mai funzionato a dovere. Sicuramente mi affidero' ad un'altra compagnia in futuro. I found in the house a boiler (Imar Group) bought by the previous owner that had been installed and served annually by Climatech so I called them for annual checks in 2020. Unfortunately I noticed very little competence on the part of both the owner and his collaborators. The boiler was losing pressure and therefore did not start. I had to call them 5-6 times to get the heating system to work, and it was very frustrating to have them come every time. They reopened the boiler and seemed to have no idea of the problem. They were unable to provide explanations as to what was best done. I also asked if it was time to change the boiler but they kept saying it was as good as new and could go on for another 10 years. Too bad that the day was already not working. They changed several parts of the boiler (it seems they went randomly) until it started up again. However, the heating system never worked properly. I will definitely rely on another company in the future.
