★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho avuto bisogno di un'auto per tre mesi. grande aiuto e sostegno con auto in ordine e pulite. fino dalla piccola Panda alla più grande ed accessoriata Renegade. Sono stato molto soddisfatto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mi sono sempre trovata bene con Chiara e Gabri, sono persone gentili e attente alle richieste. Premetto che non sono parente e prima non le conoscevo. Da notare che cè troppa gente maleducata che passa da loro e pretende solo senza essere loro gentili per prima. Ho notato che spesso la clientela nemmeno le saluta. Hanno veramente tanto lavoro e si fanno fatica a rispondere al telefono, perchè danno la priorità alla gente davanti allo sportello. SE PRENOTATE ONLINE è MEGLIO DARE UN COLPO DI TELEFONO, ALTRIMENTI PER IL CONTATTO ESISTE ANCHE LA MAIL E CHIARA RISPONDE SEMPRE. io non ho mai avuto problemi e mi sono sempre venute incontro. Da notare anche che hanno delle regole Europcar da rispettare e dipendono da Bologna.
I have always got on well with Chiara and Gabri, they are kind people and attentive to requests. I state that I am not related and before I did not know them. Note that there are too many rude people who walk by and just pretend without being kind to them first. I have noticed that often the customers do not even greet them. They really have a lot of work and they find it hard to answer the phone, because they give priority to people in front of the counter. IF YOU BOOK ONLINE IT IS BETTER TO HIT THE PHONE, OTHERWISE THE EMAIL ALSO EXISTS FOR THE CONTACT AND CHIARA ALWAYS ANSWERS. I have never had any problems and they have always come to meet me. Also note that they have Europcar rules to abide by and depend on Bologna.

Competent and courteous short-term staff for collection and delivery of new and well-kept cars, especially clean both inside and outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Darei 0 se si potesse. la signora che mi ha risposto al telefono è stata inutilmente aggressiva ,maleducata. Evidentemente pagano lo stipendio anche se i clienti vengono trattati come stracci per lavare per terra .
I would give 0 if you could. the lady who answered the phone was unnecessarily aggressive, rude. They evidently pay the salary even if the customers are treated like rags on the floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warning to all potential renters, Europcar holds a ridiculous amount of money when renting any vehicle from them (over 400 Euros). This is not explained until you are at the counter picking up your needed vehicle. Second issue, the customer service of this location is the worst and attitudes did not make anything better. When wanting to upgrade the reserved car category in person, the representative stated it cannot be done till the next week. The lack of flexibility is not a practice with the other rental companies in the area. Last issue, fee charges for any traffic violations are higher than any other rental company as well. Europcar charges over 40 Euros per issue just to forward YOUR information to the Authorities. I truly doubt forwarding information is task heavy, but to this company, it is hard work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very thankful for this place. Used several times. They speak perfect English. Bailed me out when rental car place next door told me they didn't have a car for me despite my reservation (never use Maggiore/Avis/Budget). Found me a big enough car for a reasonable price last minute.
