★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antonella ti accoglie col sorriso e cerca sempre di fare il possibile per accontentarti. Buono il parco macchine. Manca il box per la restituzione chiavi fuori orario, che sarebbe sicuramente molto apprezzato come servizio.
Antonella welcomes you with a smile and always tries to do everything possible to please you. The fleet of machines is good. There is no box for returning keys after hours, which would certainly be very appreciated as a service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per carità, capisco che l'errore l'abbia fatto io non leggendo attentamente le regole però credo che di sti tempi soprattutto un po di umanità non guasterebbe. Mi serviva l'auto per andare in ospedale 2 gg ,avendo la mia ferma per revisione, per un tirocinio( sono un medico in formazione) totale sarebbero stati 100 km in 2 gg. Ho pagato con carta prepagata neppure intestata a me, ovviamente pagamento accettato da rentalscar ( non potevano rifiutarlo direttamente?!?! Che furbini!!!) ma poi non avendo carta di debito/ credito niente auto, neppure la piu scrausa rendendomi disponibile ad aumentare il deposito in contanti e inoltre ovviamente 0 euro di rimborso, persi 54 euro!!! Per carità ci sono le regole e se sbagli e colpa tua...ma come già detto un po di umanità non guasterebbe... invece...complimenti!
For heaven's sake, I understand that I made the mistake by not reading the rules carefully, but I believe that especially a bit of humanity would not hurt. I needed the car to go to the hospital 2 days, having my stop for revision, for an internship (I'm a doctor in training) total would have been 100 km in 2 days. I paid with a prepaid card not even in my name, obviously payment accepted by rentalscar (they could not refuse it directly?!?! What crafty people !!!) but then having no debit / credit card, no car, not even the most excuse making me available to increase the cash deposit and obviously 0 euro refund, lost 54 euro !!! For heaven's sake there are rules and if you're wrong it's your fault ... but as already said a bit of humanity wouldn't hurt ... instead ... congratulations!
