★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho una Polo immatricolata 6 mesi. Ho rilevato una anomalia. Ho provato ripetutamente a chiamare l'officina, ho sempre trovato occupato. Ho lasciato un messaggio in segreteria telefonica come mi è stato detto. Non sono mai stata richiamata. Ho usato lo stesso l'auto e questa mi ha lasciata a piedi. Carro attrezzi fino in officina ma fino alla prossima settimana l'auto non verrà vista. Ho chiesto un'auto di cortesia e a tutt'ora, non ho notizie. Sinceramente, pensavo che ci fosse più attenzione verso il cliente. Opinione mia personale, ovviamente.
I have a Polo registered for 6 months. I have detected an anomaly. I have repeatedly tried to call the garage, I have always found it busy. I left a message on the answering machine as I was told. I've never been called back. I used the car anyway and it left me on foot. Tow truck up to the workshop but the car will not be seen until next week. I asked for a courtesy car and as of yet, I have no news. Honestly, I thought there was more customer focus. My personal opinion, of course.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolto all officina e devo dire che il ragazzo che mi ha seguito ( Davide) è stato gentile, chiaro ed efficiente. Tolgo una stella per i prezzi veramente alti. Capisco che i costi che hanno sono elevati ma sono davvero eccessivi.
I went to the workshop and I must say that the guy who followed me (Davide) was kind, clear and efficient. I take away one star for the really high prices. I understand that the costs they have are high but they are really excessive.

I was pleasantly surprised at the level of customer care. Before arriving at this dealership, I frequented other competitors who did not shine on this one.
I was immediately welcomed and accompanied to try the car I wanted and finally I got an excellent second-hand evaluation.
