R	Roberto Romano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accordatoci per visionare un'auto il giorno dopo ( dato parola di volerla acquistare al 101% ), mi chiede di trattare telefonicamente ( se non ho visto l’auto che senso ha trattare questo ancora non me lo spiego ), mi scambia per un cliente piuttosto che un'altro ( dicendo che ci sono 8 persone in fila è normale sbagliarsi ) per finire con il dirmi:" eh la macchina mi sono appena accordato per venderla a qualcun'altro" quando aveva dato parola di farmela visionare il giorno dopo lo sottolineo e ripeto di aver detto chiaramente che l'avrei acquistata, venditore da evitare, Luca bravo e professionale, mi ha subito girato il numero del suo collega per acquistare la macchina ad un orario non lavorativo, il suo collega no nel modo più assoluto oltre che molto scortese mi ha trattato proprio con i piedi a mio parere, oltre che avermi fatto perdere inutilmente tempo e avermi preso per i fondelli un pomeriggio intero. Aggiungo, sono stato poi insultato via chat subito dopo questa recensione, dove il caro signore mi ha dato del rosicone:” Tu per 100 euro non hai preso l’auto e questa cosa ti rode“ ?Oddio muoio se non compro l’auto da te guarda, anzi meglio fidati.( potessi pubblicare la chat senza prendermi una denuncia lo farei volentieri ). Non è il modo giusto di trattare le persone, non parlo di cliente, ma di persona. Ho letto delle recensioni molto belle su Luca Bellotti e siccome in passato ho conosciuto un ragazzo con quel nome e quel cognome, mi piacerebbe vedere se si tratta del ragazzo che conoscevo o di un omonimo, per questo ho consigliato l'inserimento delle foto dei venditori sul sito. Attualmente non sono in procinto di pensare a cambiare auto, ma un domani alla luce di queste recensioni così belle posso pensare anche solo ad una visita all'autosalone.
