Ho acquistato la macchina da Automaster Due e sono stata seguita da Alessandro C. La mia esperienza è stata molto piacevole partendo dal accoglienza alla consegna. Alessandro è stato fin da subito molto disponibile e professionale. Ascoltando la mie esigenze successivamente ha trovato la soluzione migliore. Anche dopo avermi consegnato la macchina (spiegandomi in dettaglio e con pazienza le caratteristiche della macchina) si è reso disponibile per eventuali domande o problemi.
Ottimo servizio, professionalità e serietà.
Di sicuro quando cambierò auto mi rivolgerò sempre a lui.
 Today the Citroen I ordered was delivered to me and I feel compelled to share my experience. I bought the machine from Automaster Due and was followed by Alessandro C. My experience was very pleasant starting from the welcome to the delivery. Alessandro was very helpful and professional right from the start. Listening to my needs, he later found the best solution. Even after giving me the machine (explaining the characteristics of the machine in detail and patiently) he made himself available for any questions or problems.
Excellent service, professionalism and seriousness.
For sure when I change cars I will always turn to him.

Dopo due mesi dalla consegna nessuno ci ha chiesto più nulla circa la soddisfazione sull’acquisto, mai successo con altre marche.
Già non ero molto soddisfatta della gestione consegna che era fuori tempo e ha causato disagi, mi hanno immatricolato l‘auto l’ultimo giorno di novembre gravandomi del bollo auto per un mese di novembre non fruito.
Poca attenzione ai dettagli. Ho aspettato credendo si salvassero almeno sul post vendita invece proprio no.
Non-existent after-sales assistance.
Two months after delivery, no one asked us anything more about satisfaction with the purchase, which has never happened with other brands.
I was already not very satisfied with the delivery management which was out of time and caused inconvenience, they registered my car on the last day of November and charged me with the car tax for a month of November not used.
Little attention to detail. I waited believing they would save themselves at least on the after-sales service but not really.

Hanno gestito tutto con la massima disponibilità, gentilezza e professionalità. Matteo addirittura si è disturbato nel passare a prendermi in stazione. Felice di aver fatto la loro conoscenza.
