Ho comunque incontrato una persona cordialissima e disponibile a qualsiasi mio quesito, per questo do il massimo dei voti. Altrimenti meglio se torna più avanti". Risultato? Ero anche realmente interessato, ma partendo così i miei soldi li ha incassati un'altra concessionaria. Se dovessi cercare un auto di quel marchio, di sicuro non tornerò qui. At least revisable staff. Visited between Christmas and New Year, the opening words of the dialogues were "if he's really interested, let's talk. Otherwise it's better if he comes back later". Result? I was also really interested, but by leaving my money this way another dealership took it. If I were to look for a car of that brand, I will for sure not return here.

Sono rimasto lì 15 minuti osservando le macchine all'interno del salone, mi hanno rivolto qualche sguardo , ma mi hanno completamente ignorato. Non mi sarei mai aspettato un trattamento così. In data 31/01/22 il Quality Team, in qualità della sig. Marta, si è scusata dell'accaduto proponendomi di ritornare per chiarire. Apprezzo molto la cortesia e l'interessamento. Mi hanno seguito con competenza ed empatia, il venditore che mi ha affiancato nella scelta è stato professionale, risoluto ed altamente qualificato. Ha compreso il tipo di auto adatto alle mie esigenze e della mia famiglia, mi ha assistito con pazienza, tanta preparazione e capacità in tutte le fasi della scelta e della vendita, avvalendosi di colleghi/e altrettanto qualificati.
