F	Federico Gulinati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TENTATIVO DI TRUFFA ANDATO MALE!!! Trovo l'officina su cercaofficina.it per la necessità di fare un tagliando, ed ottengo il preventivo in questione. Quando porto la macchina in officina mi dicono che c'è da fare OBBLIGATORIAMENTE la sanificazione dell'abitacolo e che il costo di 15€ (non incluso nel preventivo) sarebbe stato A MIO CARICO, al che mi è sembrato strano e ho manifestato all'operatore la mia perplessità a riguardo. Non essendo informato su questo fatto, acconsento al trattamento dal momento in cui mi viene detto che per eseguire il lavoro è obbligatorio per legge (trattamento riservato di certo non solo a me, l'operatore stesso mi conferma che è una pratica comune riservata anche ad altri clienti). Lasciata la macchina mi informo su decreti, internet e chiamando pure Confcommercio, e risulta che la sanificazione non è obbligatoria: l'operatore deve prendere le dovute precauzioni per poter lavorare in sicurezza, di certo non addebitando i costi al cliente finale. Morale della favola: la sanificazione non l'ho pagata (dimostrazione che l'officina è in torto), titolare maleducato ed offensivo (mi viene attribuito di essere un rompimaroi per aver contestato il fatto e quindi non essere stato truffato, e sono stato invitato a non tornare più nella sua officina). Incompetenza da parte della segreteria e alla gestione di cercaofficina.it. SCORRETTEZZA E POCA TRASPARENZA. LA SANIFICAZIONE NON È OBBLIGATORIA, E DI CERTO NON È A CARICO DEL CLIENTE. VERGOGNA. ATTEMPTED TO SCAM BAD !!! I find the workshop on cercaofficina.it for the need to make a coupon, and I get the quote in question. When I bring the car to the workshop they tell me that it is MANDATORY to do the sanitization of the passenger compartment and that the cost of 15 € (not included in the estimate) would have been AT MY LOAD, at which it seemed strange to me and I manifested to the operator my perplexity about it. Not being informed about this fact, I consent to the treatment from the moment I am told that to perform the work is mandatory by law (treatment reserved certainly not only to me, the operator himself confirms that it is a common practice reserved also to other clients). Leaving the car, I inquire about decrees, the internet and also call Confcommercio, and it turns out that sanitization is not mandatory: the operator must take the necessary precautions to be able to work safely, certainly not charging the costs to the end customer. Moral of the story: I did not pay for the sanitization (demonstration that the workshop is wrong), rude and offensive owner (I am attributed to be a heartbreaker for contesting the fact and therefore not being cheated, and I am been invited to never return to his workshop). Incompetence on the part of the secretariat and in the management of cercaofficina.it. INCORRECTNESS AND LITTLE TRANSPARENCY. SANITATION IS NOT OBLIGATORY, AND IS CERTAINLY NOT FOR THE CUSTOMER. Vado a da diversi anni ed il ragazzo che si occupa delle gomme é persona di poche parole ma rapido efficiente e puntuale . Poi ho scoperto che sono anche dei bravi meccanici . Quest anno ho fatto qui anche la revisione della mia ibrida , non tutti trattano le ibridi ma questi ragazzi curano anche le ibride dei vigili urbani . G	Gloria Evangelisti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trattata con sgarbo dall'impiegata per problemi legati alla mia assicurazione, la prima volta ho dovuto pagare l'auto di cortesia, la seconda sono stata invitata a pagare di tasca mia una ammaccatura probabilmente fatta da terzi in un parcheggio, allaacvjina sostitutiva datami a noleggio, quando ho chiesto perché dovessi pagare, quando nelle macchine a noleggio (di cortesia)c'è la casco, sono stata cacciata e presa a male parole. Maleducazione è arroganza. Nessun problema riguardo il lavoro di carrozzeria fatto...ma alla larga!!!! Durata dell'intervento 5 minuti per la modica cifra di 20 euro, furto legalizzato direi, senza fattura chiaramente.
