Tempi di consegna rispettati (anzi, addirittura se fossi stato disponibile in quel momento sarebbero stati anticipati). Ottima impressione.
Honestly, the boy pointed out to me that the repair of the glass would have done it for third parties (my insurance obliged me to do it with them). Respected delivery times (indeed, even if I had been available at that moment they would have been anticipated). Excellent impression.

Ero a Ferrara per accompagnare mio padre per un intervento, arrivando da Bassano del Grappa (VI) in autostrada si è accesa una spia di guasto motore. Portata la macchina presso questa officina alle 8.30 sono riusciti a ripararla e riconsegnarmela alle 14.30 con un conto più che onesto. Non avrei saputo come altro fare non essendo della zona e se non fosse stato per loro non penso sarei riuscita a ritornare a casa il giorno stesso. Complimenti ancora per la velocità di assistenza ed l'eccellente servizio!
A big thank you to Maicol for emergency assistance to my car. I was in Ferrara to accompany my father for an intervention, arriving from Bassano del Grappa (VI) on the motorway an engine failure warning light came on. Having brought the car to this workshop at 8.30 they managed to repair it and return it to me at 14.30 with a more than honest bill. I would not have known how else to do not being from the area and if it had not been for them I do not think I would have been able to return home the same day. Congratulations again for the speed of assistance and excellent service!
